ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING...& he charged me $16,000! ......I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS CO.........they ruined my entire driveway which had just been redone for $3300.........stuff melted and dripped all over it...........I asked his top man to come back over as I knew something in the gutter was plugged up. He told me it was fine........all their nails, etc were in my gutters...........Now 3 yrs later, I must call in another good roofer as there are soft spots in diffferent places on my roof. The front office is the worst I have ever encountered. It took 5 weeks to get a response to my request for a roof and ventilation plan. At that point the office called to talk through the details without ever sending me the plan. After ten minutes of struggling with the office I requested a meeting and waited two more weeks for the Roof/ventilation plan. The owner was nice enough to come meet with me to revise the plan to our agreement. The day of work start the office shows up with the original hand drawn roof plan with the ventilation in the wrong locations. Work went smoothly over 3 days and many lunch bones tossed in the yard. When the invoice arrived I had questions and requested a review of the invoice and an explanation of the charges. I immediately paid over 90% of the invoice and held back the payment for questionable items pending review and explanation. Eventually they requested the final payment with no explanation. I again told them I am waiting on a meeting to explain the invoice and they dumped 5 emails containing 100+ photos, nothing else. When they call again to ask why I had not paid, I asked why they haven't called to make an appointment to explain the invoice. The owner and I have been trading VM's with no mention of a meeting, only me paying...still waiting.

We are the first house in Florida to have Ironstone Roof tiles installed. Initially, the team was…read morefriendly and receptive; however, their attitude changed after we made the last payment. Last year, a storm with winds of only 70 MPH caused several tiles to blow off. We reached out to JM Roofing in Tampa, the contractor who installed the roof, and the owner of Ironstone Strong to address the issue. Now, nearly five months later, we have received no returned calls or emails. These tiles are advertised as being able to withstand winds of up to 200 mph, yet they failed against winds of just 70 mph. Due to the lack of response and support from both companies, we cannot recommend Ironstone Strong or JM Roofing.
