Two out of three new skylights they put in leaked, and as did my flat roof because they pitched it towards the house so it holds water. For that leak Frank offered to put a roof sealant over the brand new roof. They did a terrible job with the facia and flashing, and also left open holes so squirrels got into my attic and started chewing on my wires. Frank isn't a decent guy to do business with especially when he charged almost 18k for the terrible work. If you have a way to get in touch with him, post his number on here. If you have money to burn, just burn it, but definitely don't hure palm tree roofing.
