My family and I were touring Granada and had just finished walking through the Albacin neighborhoods and were in the mood for rest with a drink & snack. My wife saw this small, interesting looking cafe on the corner and we decided to stop in. The owner, a middle aged woman greeted us and asked us to sit down. We found we were in a tea room, so we of course ordered a pot of tea. Along with the tea (best pot of tea I ever had) we had a selection of freshly baked cakes. We spent the next half hour speaking with the owner and her son, both very delightful and welcoming people. It was such an unexpected experience I had to write about it and highly reccomend a stop at the Cafe Baraka if your travels ever take you to Granada. read more
