After using them twice, I will never use them again. They are extremely unreliable and lost one of my tablecloths with no follow-up or care. I should have seen the first red flag when I paid extra for them to deliver my full dry cleaning order, but they delivered it only after I called to remind them it was for delivery.... On my second attempt to use them in December, I needed some tablecloths dry cleaned and back by a specific date. They told me it was no problem and it would be ready by Thursday. I went in on the following Monday to pick up my items and one tablecloth was missing. I was told that they would call me when it was in; however, I still had yet to receive a call and we are now approaching February...after following up multiple times and constantly getting the excuse, "I am waiting to hear from my owner and will call you when I hear back." I went in yesterday to ask again. After two months, the young man unapologetically told me "Oh, we can't find it." I never write reviews, but I am so upset by their lack of professionalism. Fast, dependable service. Boca Valley Cleaners does a great job on taking care of dry cleaning my shirts and pants. Generally, pants are more expensive to clean than shirts, but they are reliable and that's what counts. I've been coming to them since earlier this year when I needed a new dry cleaner. They are close to my office here in Boca, located in the Publix plaza off of West Hidden Valley Road and Federal Highway. Being that it's located in the Publix plaza, parking is readily available so long as you don't get bumped by any drivers who don't realize that many of the sections of the lot go in one direction. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER! ***They are under new ownership*** and since then have been the absolute worst. Their prices are now astronomical as well. When they first changed ownership, they have lost a pair of pants I sent for alterations, they have ruined a pair of slacks that now have blotches all over them, and they ruined three white shirts that have pink stains all over them. Not only that, when they offered to clean them they LOST them and weren't ready TWO weeks later. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but it's imperative to let fellow neighbors know NOT to go here anymore. If you notice, all of the recent reviews are terrible. If you notice the recent reviews are awful...new clueless owners. "we don't do rush jobs," we don't do blouses and they don't adhere to their advertised business hours. Went to pick up a coat that was needed for the next day's early flight. We got there at 4:45...closed. Went again, the first thing in the morning...not ready. If they lose your clothes they don't stand behind it. You are taking a chance. Make sure you keep your receipt.

A while ago I went to get dress pants hemmed, arrived by the date that they said they'd be ready by and they were not hemmed. Said it was going to take another week to get them hemmed. Unacceptable. On another occasion, I took my pants to get pressed a d whoever pressed them didn't line up the creases so now my pants have two creases. Unacceptable. On this last occasion, I took a shirt to get ironed, and when I went to pick it up it was not ironed. They charged me to wash it. The gentleman at the front said he could iron it for me real quickly. So I left the shirt with him, returned an hour later to find the shirt in the same exact condition -- not ironed. This place can't do their job. Owners should find something else to do. Extremely disappointed! I have been using Boca Valley for about 6 months for my husbands work clothes and a few things that I need. He mentioned they are a little pricey but they are conveniently located near my house and Publix. I dropped off a bunch of shirts, pants, a tie and my curtains from my bedroom. Long story short they ruined the tie- a $150 silk tie that my husband wore when we got married! We contacted them and it's been a couple weeks and they are doing NOTHING to resolve it! I finally hung my curtains back up (I'm pregnant and needed to wait for someone to help and climb a ladder) and they are 4 inches too short! THEY SHRUNK MY CURTAINS! I am not sure what they are doing but these are NORMAL things to dry clean that they are destroying! I am now out the dry cleaning expense, the $150 for the tie that was a special piece and $300 for my curtains that need to be replaced! There is a very nice lady that works there but the man is not helpful and the owner is yet to call us and address the problem or apologize! My old dry cleaner changed ownership last year. I decided to try somewhere closer to home BIG MISTAKE. This place is horrible. They laundered several silk blouses and wool pants instead of dry cleaning. The cleaning instructions are on the tags! They ironed creases in several pairs of pants when we expressly asked for no crease. "No Crease" was actually written on the invoice. The clothes cannot be repaired. Manager Samma refused to contact me after I requested to speak with the manager twice from associate Gabe who is completely clueless and rude. He should not be running the front desk without any knowledge of clothes. I had a few occasions when I shirts were dirty and had to be sent back after Gabe argued with me. They charged me twice for the same shirt after I sent it back because the shirt was dirty. They lost my business... no one cares. read more
