A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. The headliner that I went in to have estimated initially *could be done by another body shop-providing they did this work and could get the part. NOT a specialty store or dealer! 2. When getting into a fender bender I had them perform body repair. I found a part missing from the door jam and sloppiness all around the door trim. After returning home, seeing the vehicle in full light, I noticed paint drips and paint marks where clear coat wasn't applied. I went back in person to show Rich these things, no comment except that what I see is dirt, they'd order the missing part and call me. It's 90 days later with no call. I sent a letter, no call. No wonder I called a car star repair shop (also work with Statefarm) when I needed another body repair (garage malfunction) AND found out, they COULD replace the (insurance covered) headliner damage from when this initial review was written. I would not have them touch my vehicle again, especially to paint. No value and poor "lifetime warranty"?! Sincerely unbelievably sloppy.

Going back about about 15 years ago, I brought my car to AllTech and met the owner (knowledgeable, respectful and welcoming); I returned with other work, all good experiences. The original owner eventually sold though... It was only recently that I returned with a car with some needed work; refinishing the rims, change the rear tail lights and replace some rubber trim but the priority was the gas cap was not opening. I met the current owner (Andres) and he passed me over to his estimator (Eric). It was a simple repair and they quoted a fair price... I picked up the car and the car was back to working condition.... a week later I noticed a two gouges into the paint in the door panel (not fully chipped but clearly there). I called the shop and was told by Eric (estimator) that since more than a day passed I would have to show the owner (Andres). Andres wasn't available so I left a message... but no call back. Eric told me he spoke with him and he would call me within the next couple days but again no call back. Then a couple weeks passed and I'm now told by Eric that the owner unexpectedly had to go to Russia and would be back at the end of the week and he'd call. Of course no call after more than a week. Then finally, Eric set up a time and date that I was to meet Andres at the shop. I arrived and Eric (estimator) tells me Andres is not there but Andres told him to see the chips/damage. He immediately went with it was too much time and there is no proof it happened here. Despite all the dialogue that was exchanged, I wasn't even asking for a free repair (I wanted to have a fair resolution and even give them more work).... During the meeting, Eric lost it and began going on a loud, obnoxious rant and calling me a liar (not about the damage but because I wouldn't swear on a bible)... then he began to run all over the property, screaming like a mad-man for his staff to witness... They all gather at the car and he is still getting uncontrolled... I'm literally thinking mental health or just insane; even his staff was staring at him and I calmly apologize to them, saying I have no idea why he is getting all worked-up... Even threatened to call cops to have me tresspassed ! AND THEN... the owner walks out... even though ERIC said he wasn't there. He got all the others to leave and we chatted... He acted as if he had no idea and claimed Eric said I just reported the damage this week (even though it was weeks prior). He tried to have his guy look over the somewhat attempt to fix it but even when we chatted about possible taking the car to fix it; I said I wouldn't trust leaving my car at this point because Eric is not to be trusted. A place that was once a great body shop is definitely not recommended anymore.
