Alltech Collision & Paint

Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff, timely and efficient completion of work, super organized in…read morethe administrative office, and the communication was consistent. They were very flexible with my schedule and with helping arrange my rental pickup from enterprise. Tim and his team made a frustrating situation so much less dreadful for me! Alltech collision & paint is top notch and I highly recommend.

What a disheartening and frustrating experience…read more... Going back about about 15 years ago, I brought my car to AllTech and met the owner (knowledgeable, respectful and welcoming); I returned with other work, all good experiences. The original owner eventually sold though... It was only recently that I returned with a car with some needed work; refinishing the rims, change the rear tail lights and replace some rubber trim but the priority was the gas cap was not opening. I met the current owner (Andres) and he passed me over to his estimator (Eric). It was a simple repair and they quoted a fair price... I picked up the car and the car was back to working condition.... a week later I noticed a two gouges into the paint in the door panel (not fully chipped but clearly there). I called the shop and was told by Eric (estimator) that since more than a day passed I would have to show the owner (Andres). Andres wasn't available so I left a message... but no call back. Eric told me he spoke with him and he would call me within the next couple days but again no call back. Then a couple weeks passed and I'm now told by Eric that the owner unexpectedly had to go to Russia and would be back at the end of the week and he'd call. Of course no call after more than a week. Then finally, Eric set up a time and date that I was to meet Andres at the shop. I arrived and Eric (estimator) tells me Andres is not there but Andres told him to see the chips/damage. He immediately went with it was too much time and there is no proof it happened here. Despite all the dialogue that was exchanged, I wasn't even asking for a free repair (I wanted to have a fair resolution and even give them more work).... During the meeting, Eric lost it and began going on a loud, obnoxious rant and calling me a liar (not about the damage but because I wouldn't swear on a bible)... then he began to run all over the property, screaming like a mad-man for his staff to witness... They all gather at the car and he is still getting uncontrolled... I'm literally thinking mental health or just insane; even his staff was staring at him and I calmly apologize to them, saying I have no idea why he is getting all worked-up... Even threatened to call cops to have me tresspassed ! AND THEN... the owner walks out... even though ERIC said he wasn't there. He got all the others to leave and we chatted... He acted as if he had no idea and claimed Eric said I just reported the damage this week (even though it was weeks prior). He tried to have his guy look over the somewhat attempt to fix it but even when we chatted about possible taking the car to fix it; I said I wouldn't trust leaving my car at this point because Eric is not to be trusted. A place that was once a great body shop is definitely not recommended anymore.

Jonathan and his guys are simply THE BEST!!! It's never a good day when you need an auto body shop,…read morebut JADI makes the experience about as pleasant as possible, but beyond that, their work is impeccable and the pricing is terrific!! I've had cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and even boats throughout my life, and sadly, I've needed work done from time to time, but JADI has been the best shop hands down that I've worked with from Malibu, to Texas, to Chicago, New York, the Carolinas, Ohio, and more (I've lived all over). They go above and beyond every time, are thorough with their work, will fight the insurance companies if need be, and ultimately deliver a finished product that I believe is better than the big car shops that like to position themselves as the best. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here. Oh, and I've had my BMWs there as well as my high end 911's, and the work has always stood up well, both on the street and the track. This shop is the best!!

The business owner claims in response to my review, that he "replaced the bumper", shame on him…read more The bumper was not replaced, and it wasn't the agreement anyway. They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. The rest of his comments are also not true and extremely arrogant. That only shows his character.
