I met Ed almost 10 years ago when I had an issue with the mirror on the driver side of the car. Ed evaluated it and I thought, gave me a fair price. He didn't need to keep my car for more than necessary. When he returned my car, it looked as good as from the factory. A few weeks ago my car was infolved in an accident. I went to Ed after I got an estimate, and his bid was substantially less than the first quote. The insurannce that handled the accident report agreed to the quote, and they began repair. When I got my car back, there was an incident that was done by the auto body person. Ed didn't dispute the problem, but he did the repair without any argument. I did some searching and came across GTO for auto body repair. I went to a couple places prior to get an opinion on what needed to be done. It was either to get a whole replacement mirror part for twice as much or get a housing kit that already came painted with the vehicle color. After taking it to GTO and figuring out what would be the best route, I ended up ordering the housing kit through Acura. I took the sideview mirror cover piece and GTO was able to use his magic fingers taking the old broken one off. He put the new one on and it looks like nothing ever happened. The mirror still works and he charged a reasonable price to fix it. It was done in about 3 hours and I was definitely happy with the service. Thank you for making it happen!

Scheduled an appt for the next morning. Mark showed up, banged it out in about 15 min - it looks new (Porsche 911, ding was about 5" in on the rear quarter-panel, just behind the driver's door). Unlike other body shops, both in person and virtual estimates, Borino's price was reasonable. Even more important, unlike those other dent removal outfits, he made the car look like new, without resorting to painting. Some of his competitors, not all of whom could guarantee their "written estimates," insisted the car would need several panels painted. Online reviews informed me this shady practice runs up the price and often the paint doesn't match, necessitating the entire car be painted. Borino told me that painting cars devalues them because then it's assumed the car was in an accident. I will gladly become a regular customer and refer him to friends and relatives. It's not easy to find someone honest and competent who cares about his reputation in any industry, let alone dent repair. So, this was a valuable experience.

They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job.
