Scheduled an appt for the next morning. Mark showed up, banged it out in about 15 min - it looks new (Porsche 911, ding was about 5" in on the rear quarter-panel, just behind the driver's door). The 3rd got back much later and asked me to bring my car by for a look/quote (even though I was looking specifically for mobile service). Unlike other body shops, both in person and virtual estimates, Borino's price was reasonable. Even more important, unlike those other dent removal outfits, he made the car look like new, without resorting to painting. Some of his competitors, not all of whom could guarantee their "written estimates," insisted the car would need several panels painted. Online reviews informed me this shady practice runs up the price and often the paint doesn't match, necessitating the entire car be painted. Borino told me that painting cars devalues them because then it's assumed the car was in an accident. I will gladly become a regular customer and refer him to friends and relatives. It's not easy to find someone honest and competent who cares about his reputation in any industry, let alone dent repair. So, this was a valuable experience.

Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. I first spoke with Carol, who helped answer all of my questions professionally and thoroughly. We had our car towed to WDCC, and then I worked with Kym. Kym is a freakin' angel and a doll to deal with. She kept me updated, communicated frequently, and was super responsive to any questions I had during the process. She worked with our State Farm insurance and made it so so easy for us! Her ETA on completion was spot-on, and she and WDCC truly exceeded all expectations. To top it off, the car drives great and has literally never looked better. The paint, the body work... all perfectly finished. They delivered the car fully detailed and cleaner than I could imagine.
