I found out the shop prioritizes these jobs and pays a lot of attention to detail. But boy oh boy, good luck to you if you come here paying out-of-pocket for your own vehicle. I had three broken car door handles. I stopped by the shop, they took a look, and said they would order and have the handles in within 1 to 2 days. They got those handles, but it took them three weeks before they could even see me to work on my car. It took two weeks before I could get a hold of the girl I originally spoke to, I kept calling over and over throughout the week and they told me she would call me back and she never did. When I finally did come in, damn. They only fixed two of the three door handles because they said they had the wrong piece for the third. They knew I had been waiting a long time so they said they would prioritize it and get me in right away. Not to mention there were marks all over the car doors that they fixed. And these marks did not come off easy. I took my car through a machine wash and also took a squeegee with some soap and it did not come off. When I called about it they told me they have to use a special tool for that. I guess they rushed because I was not an insurance accident vehicle. Additionally, I could no longer unlock my car from the passenger door, which was not a previous issue. I called back all the next week to try and make an appointment to come in and got the same delays as before. It took an additional 2 to 3 weeks before I could be seen. Absolutely ridiculous

They quickly recognized the urgency in my request, as I drive a G63, Mercedes Benz G-Wagon which I paid 250k for. Instead of the traditional appt in a few days, they offered to come to me, and were at my residence in 20 minutes. They assured me quickly that the issues I had were cosmetic and could easily be corrected in less than an hr. It was about 2 or 3pm that day so they told me to stop by the next morning. I thought that this quality of work would've been thousands of dollars to repair based on what other shops kept telling me. They wanted to cut my door apart and do all kinds of crazy stuff. Called this company, while more expensive they fixed it without mentioning the need to do that. I left Marcos with my car and watched some TV inside while not totally knowing what to expect. About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. The lighting isn't great for photos at the moment but I'll be trying to add some later for anyone who's looking for examples of the work. While a bit more expensive than the cheapest route, this shop will get it done right the first time. I'll 100% only be working with this brand for dents in the future.
