I drive down for business several times a month, and any downtime with the truck is money out of pocket. Tyson's was close to my hotel, so I gave them a call. Really glad I found them. I feel after $1000 for the 1st fix it should not be like this. They want me to spend more money on something else they said it was needed. If that is an issue, why wasn't fixed the 1st time?? $$$ **Discretion is a must** Recently had some front end work done... I definitely do not believe it was $1000 worth. Live and learn. After thinking about all this I'm wondering... I took my car in for front end work, it was finished, drove a few weeks, then realized that it still had issues. I took the car back, within 20 minutes I received a call saying that it was finished... Went on a test drive and could Still feel/hear the issue, he "tightened" something up.. So then, why wasn't it tightened the first time?? Then I was told that a few things needed to be replaced?!? Now.. Frank, with 40 yrs(?) experience, couldnt realize/notice that the 1st go around, and fixed... $1000 later. Confidence is gone.
