A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. The 2nd replied so quick (was actually the 1st to reply but was the 2nd I communicated with, I told him I was concerned it might be tough to reach/repair, he didn't flinch. Scheduled an appt for the next morning. Mark showed up, banged it out in about 15 min - it looks new (Porsche 911, ding was about 5" in on the rear quarter-panel, just behind the driver's door). The 3rd got back much later and asked me to bring my car by for a look/quote (even though I was looking specifically for mobile service).
