Upon arrival we were in awe of all the really high end automobiles that they service. My favorite was the 72 Pantera and the 55 Bellaire. We met with Rudy whom my son had called before we arrived there. I spent about 20 minutes talking with Rudy about cars as his team was working on our car. In 20 minutes the service (New Mercedes Battery) was installed and tested. The price point was very fair, 3x less than the Mercedes dealer! Glad I was introduced to King & sons otherwise I would have never know about them as they don't advertise. All of their customers (a lot of high end cars) are serviced by King via word-of-mouth recommendations. I certainly will be using them again and recommend them to my friends.

Sonny seemed to be the owner and he had two or three workmen who seemed serious and focused workers. The car was inspected and then his wife Marie (I assume she was his wife) came around from the window in the office/waiting room and went over each item with cost. They did a fantastic job on the car as they always do, but if it's going to be a 2 hour+ wait every time now idk if I'll be back. They also raised the price from $20 to $25 for a basic car wash for an SUV. There was also so many people at one point waiting that some people had to stand as there wasn't enough chairs.

I was referred to Bill Stacey and Fine Line Auto Body by a friend, and I now owe that friend a good…read morebottle of wine, because it was a great referral, Fine Line did excellent work for me. The hood of my Mercedes SUV got dented and badly scraped by a piece of debris which fell off a truck ahead of me on the highway. The car was less than 6 months old, so I was hugely disappointed by the damage. I got prices from two other area body shops highly rated on Yelp, but both of those would have further dented me, this time my wallet. So I contacted a friend who seems to know a specialist for every need, and he sent me to Fine Line. I set an appointment with Fine Line to get a proposal (they are popular, so they work with scheduled appointments rather than walk-in requests). The ladies in the office were friendly and welcoming, and Bill met with me promptly at the time of my appointment. Within 10 minutes, I had a written estimate for the necessary repair which was much more attractive than the two other quotes I had received. I accepted the proposal and scheduled to drop off my car early the following week. The proposal had indicated the repair would take 2-3 days, so I was surprised when I got a call the afternoon I'd dropped my car at Fine Line. I was told the car should be done the following afternoon, but that they'd call me back in the morning to confirm. The next day, mid-morning I got another call confirming that the repair would definitely be done that day. When I stopped that afternoon, my car was waiting for me, looking clean, shiney, smooth and sleek without any visible sign of the dent or scratches. I don't know if the work was a challenge for the repair techs and painter or if it was easy, but I do know it looks great, there is no visible difference between the repair and the rest of the car's hood. It looks as good as it had the day I'd picked it up from the dealer. Fine Line Auto Body completely delivered! Their price was better than the competition, their service faster than promised, and the work looks great. If I ever have need for any car body repairs again, I will only consider Fine Line Auto Body, and I strongly recommend them to anyone else who needs car body repair.

I brought my car to be fixed as I was getting an engine overheating error. I spoke with Nick, who assured me after their diagnosis that the repairs would only cost $780. I deposited money in good faith that this information was correct. Nick then contacted me to tell me they discovered it wasn't the valve seals as they thought, but rather, assured me up and down it was the turbo charger. He said the owner, Jonathan Koeser, stepped in to diagnose the vehicle as he felt the first diagnosis was incorrect. He then quoted me a price of $1,780 to complete the repairs, saying that it was now the turbo charger. I brought an additional deposit to them to order the part. Then, 2 weeks later, I call to get an update on my car and am informed it will now be $2500, with no real explanation of the increase in costs. In fact, they assured me over and over that they could possibly salvage the turbo charger - if that was the case, how did the price jump to $2500? Let's fast forward to yesterday, exactly 2 months after initially dropping off my vehicle. I asked for an update and shared my frustrations with the owner, letting him know this has been the absolute worst experience. He then calls me and tells me to "F**k off" and threatens to find where I live. I was in complete shock and disbelief that a business owner would get to this degree of anger when I was just sharing how frustrated I was that my BMW was there for 2 months. I went to get my vehicle back this morning, at which point he refused to put my car back in the condition I brought it into his shop (which was drivable) and gave me my car back ripped apart to a million pieces (see pictures). Additionally, they destroyed the interior of my vehicle with grease and dirt. I also have a video of him physically threatening myself and my husband today when we went to pick up the vehicle. I took my vehicle to BMW and was informed it would now cost $19,000 - yes, you read that right - in the hours and hours of labor it would take to rebuild my engine. I now have a non operable vehicle and am taking them to court. They kept my deposit so I paid nearly $1,000 to tear my entire vehicle apart. Please save yourself the agony and do not go here !!!!!! The most important part of all of this is that two BMW mechanics told me that the mechanics at Boosted Auto had no idea what they were doing and were just taking pieces apart for no reason. I have consulted an attorney as I realize many laws have been violated here - but if I can help others to not have to go through what I did, it's worth sharing.
