The name is quite fitting - boosted auto. You sure will get boosted if you come here ! Do not use this company. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I brought my car to be fixed as I was getting an engine overheating error. I spoke with Nick, who assured me after their diagnosis that the repairs would only cost $780. I deposited money in good faith that this information was correct. Nick then contacted me to tell me they discovered it wasn't the valve seals as they thought, but rather, assured me up and down it was the turbo charger. He said the owner, Jonathan Koeser, stepped in to diagnose the vehicle as he felt the first diagnosis was incorrect. He then quoted me a price of $1,780 to complete the repairs, saying that it was now the turbo charger. I brought an additional deposit to them to order the part. Then, 2 weeks later, I call to get an update on my car and am informed it will now be $2500, with no real explanation of the increase in costs. In fact, they assured me over and over that they could possibly salvage the turbo charger - if that was the case, how did the price jump to $2500? Let's fast forward to yesterday, exactly 2 months after initially dropping off my vehicle. I asked for an update and shared my frustrations with the owner, letting him know this has been the absolute worst experience. He then calls me and tells me to "F**k off" and threatens to find where I live. I was in complete shock and disbelief that a business owner would get to this degree of anger when I was just sharing how frustrated I was that my BMW was there for 2 months. I went to get my vehicle back this morning, at which point he refused to put my car back in the condition I brought it into his shop (which was drivable) and gave me my car back ripped apart to a million pieces (see pictures). Additionally, they destroyed the interior of my vehicle with grease and dirt. I also have a video of him physically threatening myself and my husband today when we went to pick up the vehicle. I took my vehicle to BMW and was informed it would now cost $19,000 - yes, you read that right - in the hours and hours of labor it would take to rebuild my engine. I now have a non operable vehicle and am taking them to court. They kept my deposit so I paid nearly $1,000 to tear my entire vehicle apart. Please save yourself the agony and do not go here !!!!!! The most important part of all of this is that two BMW mechanics told me that the mechanics at Boosted Auto had no idea what they were doing and were just taking pieces apart for no reason. I have consulted an attorney as I realize many laws have been violated here - but if I can help others to not have to go through what I did, it's worth sharing. read more

BEWARE!!!!! See pics of the motor this is how we had to pay to have it towed to bmw. Also they trashed the inside of the car I'm hoping on purpose because if not it sure looks like it. Taking to small claims court left us with a car in pieces after bmw went through it she now needs a new motor they messed it up so bad. Also it is illegal to take a customers car apart and not put it back to running so again court here we come!!!WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Not only did not do what what they were supposed to do. After my wife called to asked about her car that went from $750-$2500 the owner Jonathan cursed , threatened and hung up on her. Now they are threatening to keep the car, he verbally threatened her via text message. So we have to have the police meet us there to take the care as is minus the $550 she put down. About eight months ago, I brought my daughter's Nissan Sentra to Boosted Auto. In Deerfield, to have some bodywork done. I was referred there by a friend. I was very satisfied with the estimate John gave me and a week later when I got the car back, I was so surprised to see that it was perfect. So, last week when I had a small accident in my Jaguar XF, I called John, Who referred me to his shop manager, he give me a great estimate/price, having to use all Jaguar parts, which can be really costly, I was shocked and pleased with the estimate that he gave me. My experience with Boosted Auto was a great one. They are so professional and trustworthy. If anyone is looking for a great auto body shop, I would highly recommend Boosted Auto. We gave John our business as he seemed like a genuine nice guy. Unfortunately finding good help it tough and there store front guy is rude, disrespectful and a liar. Nick, returned our vehicle with out doing the alignment then flat out lied about it. The vehicle was a total mess from all the dust etc. I mentioned this to him and his response was I dont have to clean it and handed me a rag to wipe it down. My lawyer told me to use this device, but unfortunately the Boosted Autos LLC company in Deerfield Beach, Florida that installed my device in Florida turned out to be scam artists. Already during the training, my Smart Start device was not working, but they persuaded me to leave home. After that, when I breathed into the device, it kept showing me - breathe longer... longer... longer ( so I couldn't pass) and I constantly received violations with recall 3.7. Boosted Autos LLC with Stephanie Wiley manager sent a mobile mechanic to my house to fix my car for $ 150 to remove this recall 3.7. After I spent $ 600 in one week I decided to remove Smart Start device from my car, because I was running out of money to fix recall 3.7. After I contacted Boosted Autos to remove my Smart Start device from my car Stephanie Wiley manager told me to pay $ 400 for removal and started to shout at me super rude. She told me that I should use only Nationwide device after Smart Start and I am not allowed to switch to other companies. So I spent $ 1 000 in 2 weeks and nothing was working - I need to remove everything and start again with different company. read more

The staff is wonderful! Answered all my questions I had, Never made me feel like I wasn't valued. Love the fact that it's a local small business.
