    No one is happy about a car crash, but Caliber was pretty easy to work with my insurance carrier. Service was friendly and only took a week to get my car fixed. The lobby is clean and they do have two electrical charging stations for EV vehicles. Parking seems to be short on spaces, so parking is a bit hectic at times, but most of my visits were pretty short so not too much to worry about it.

    A couple of weeks ago, I was stopped at a light and the person behind me didn't stop until he hit my car. State Farm gave me the names of a few service centers and Caliber Collision had the best Yelp reviews, so of course, I went with them, and I'm so happy I did. Service from the first phone call was exceptional. Angela answered the phone and set up the appointment. She gave me detailed directions. It's a free standing location on 2nd Ave just south of Spanish River. When I arrived, I was introduced to Teran, one of the service advisors. This guy is totally on top of his game. He took detailed pictures of the car and contacted me within 24 hours and had a detailed estimate and a time frame for the repair. He also gave me the information for Hertz so that I would have a rental ready when the car was dropped off. This shop is so professional from the moment you walk in the door until all the work is fully completed. The best communication I've ever had from a repair shop. My car is less than a year old and you would never know it was hit. They replaced everything with original parts and since they are an approved State Farm shop there's a warranty on all the work for as long as I own the car. Teran was so very helpful he called every day to keep me updated and I even got my car back earlier than expected. Not only was it completed a week ahead of schedule, but I got it back fully detailed! Teran also took the rental car and had it returned to Hertz. They mostly do insurance claims, so if they are affiliated with your insurance company, I highly recommend them.

    I went down to caliber collision in Boca Raton on NW. 2nd Ave. to get a quote, and I explained to them that it's an older car, but I'd like to get it repaired and pay for it out-of-website; "NO they don't want customers off the street, Insurance only" Check out their financing They also take American Express Visa MasterCard, all according to their website. This review primarily concerns wasting your time as a consumer. Don't go here, If you plan to pay them to do work out-of-pocket, the answer is they only work with insurance companies for whatever reason. I guess that leaves it open to your imagination. Also, I did ask if they would review the pictures to tell me in a ballpark what it would cost to repair so I have a starting point to work with $ 5,000 $10,000 the accident was minor. The airbags didn't deploy, did some front-end damage, the headlights needed to be replaced, and a couple of the plastic parts of the hood were bent, so it would also need to be replaced and painted. So, if you're looking for some company in Boca Raton to do a job for you that involves auto body repair, caliber collision is not the one, especially you Veterans, I told them why offer a veterans special if you don't take cash or credit but your website says totally the opposite. FYI I ask to speak to the manager to get a better understanding of the business model and the receptionist and the associate giving the estimates both reiterated, we only work with insurance companies we're a franchise. I will follow up with a company that works with the consumer and the insurance companies. Thank you, Enoch

    I'm with USAA auto insurance for 21 years. Retired from Army and Usaa always sends me to the best auto shop. Carlo greeted at the door and did a great job taking my car and evaluating. Teran took over and has been excellent with communication and helping get my car repaired as well going over and beyond installing my headlights. It was frustrating having someone do a hit and run on my car but with Teran guiding me along made this experience so much better. Thank you Caliber collision and now I know I have a body shop I can trust.

    Amazing! Highly recommend!!! Clean, updated facility. Fully focused on customer service. Car service was fast and repaired to like-new status in less than a week. Thad was awesome. Communication was on point. If we ever need body work again, 100% coming back to these guys.

    Different angle of bad paint job

    RUN, DON'T WALK from this establishment. Save yourself the headaches. Absolutely awful workmanship and they had my vehicle for 23 days. My vehicle was brought to this shop for repair from an auto accident because it was one of their "Premier" shops. This was the beginning of the challenges. First, I had asked them about the quality of their work. I specifically asked if it would be "perfect", as if it just came of the showroom floor. The response from Drew was: "That is the goal". I said: "that didn't answer my question". He said yes, you won't know it had damage. So, I scheduled the work. Drop off was great. Drew wasn't there, but the service writer was nice. And this is where the good ends. My first encounter with their GM, Carlo Villarosa, was awful. There was confusion about a wheel, whether it would be covered by insurance or not, nothing to do with them at all, and during the conversation, he hung up on me. No apologies or any type of response from him for the duration. No swearing or disrespect, just a discussion about the insurance company. So, not a professional process either. Drew was the most professional of the experience. I get the call to come pick up my truck. When I get there, the paint color was so far off, I wasn't sure how they would pass this off as complete, let alone attempt to give this terrible workmanship to a customer. Aside from the paint variations, they were missing clips in the door moldings, hood, doors, body...etc were all misaligned. The interior had fingerprints all over the dash, door panels and it wasn't cleaned up at all. I personally detailed the vehicle before dropping it off. I refused the vehicle. Second attempt: Drew calls and says: "It's all set". I replied: "Are you sure it is finished" his reply: "I think so" Me: "That's not a reassuring response" Drew: "You have the final approval" I drive down to pick it up and they had misplaced my key. Not upset, because things happen. I just want my car to be 100%. So, I said: "can I at least look at the vehicle to make sure it is finished"? Not only was it not finished, but they had broken a clip on the windshield molding and instead of replacing it, they put double sided tape. There were still gaps, this time larger than the original ones. Doors were still misaligned and they didn't paint the gas cover, like they said there would, and claimed it had been done. So, I am not happy in the least, and I refuse the vehicle again. I was told that they would finish it in the morning and have it ready for the afternoon/early evening the following day. I told them to please take their time and do it right. 7 days later and 2 separate corporate calls which were not responded to for 5 days. I was told that the Regional Manager was getting involved and he would get back to me personally. This came from the representative from their corporate headquarters in Texas. She was super nice!! Not only did he Not contact me, he took 2 days to even go to the shop to look over the vehicle and sign off on it. Never contacting me nor wait for my final inspection. This is now Strike 3...clearly they do not do good work, nor do they check their work well enough. Upon inspection, I found more variations in color as well as the door still not aligned correctly. Top it off, they were missing an entire door gasket which thankfully, I know my vehicle, and brought it to their attention. They also missed 3 other rubber grommets which is absurd. I immediately contacted my insurance adjuster and told her that I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there due to the facts stated above. She advised me to take the vehicle and we are now taking it to a shop for it to be repaired correctly. I honestly don't know how this business is can pass off completed projects which clearly are not finished. Also, the quality of their workmanship is far below acceptable standards. I was honestly waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out and tell me I had been "punk'd". Run, don't walk from this business.

I've had cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and even boats throughout my life, and sadly, I've needed work done from time to time, but JADI has been the best shop hands down that I've worked with from Malibu, to Texas, to Chicago, New York, the Carolinas, Ohio, and more (I've lived all over). They go above and beyond every time, are thorough with their work, will fight the insurance companies if need be, and ultimately deliver a finished product that I believe is better than the big car shops that like to position themselves as the best. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here. Oh, and I've had my BMWs there as well as my high end 911's, and the work has always stood up well, both on the street and the track. This shop is the best!!

    The business owner claims in response to my review, that he "replaced the bumper", shame on him…read more The bumper was not replaced, and it wasn't the agreement anyway. They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. The rest of his comments are also not true and extremely arrogant. That only shows his character.
