He not only corrected a long list of poor workmanship, but also did beautiful, high-quality carpentry throughout my home. Daryll framed and installed multiple new windows, built a new front window bump-out to replace an old bay window, and widened the entrance to my living room by several feet--each project done with incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. Everything feels solid, well thought-out, and professionally executed. Beyond his skills, Daryll is truly a pleasure to work with. He's kind, friendly, honest, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things the right way and making sure his clients are happy. Not only do the new windows look sleek and modern, but the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out to us was their honesty. While other companies tried to sell us on full-frame replacements, SHS actually advised us to go with insert replacements. They pointed out that our house has high-density older wood framing that was worth preserving. Following their advice preserved the character and strength of our home while saving us a significant amount of money. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was fantastic: punctual, respectful, and meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. On top of that, their guarantee is rock-solid. I feel completely confident that this was a lifelong investment and that they will stand by their work if anything ever comes up down the road. If you're looking for high-quality window replacement with an honest team you can trust, highly recommend Scientific Home Services.

Tony was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The pricing was comparable to another estimate we received, but we are confident that these windows are better quality and will last longer. They included a fix for a hole in our siding without trying to upsell us for all new siding. We ordered in October and the manufacturer had our windows ready for installation in December. The crew that came out were so friendly and very respectful of our home. Scheduling the installation, painting, cleanup, and finishing touches was a breeze. The winter weather did make it difficult for the crew to clean up nails and debris on the outside, but they did come back when it was warmer to clean up. We look forward to hiring them for other services, possibly roof and siding.

After…read morecalling several siding companies, I was disappointed to find they were unwilling to work with aluminum siding as it can easily be damaged and hasn't been manufactured since the 1980's. Dennis Gibson, owner of Eagle Home Solutions, Inc. was the only company willing to re-secure my loose siding. I contacted my insurance company and after three months of frustration, they finally decided to pay my wind and hail damage claim. Dennis provided insight and information about insurance companies in general that was invaluable. He even talked to the claims adjuster assigned to my claim and helped expedite the claim process. Once the contract had been signed, the work on my house began a week later. Even though the insurance company took longer than was necessary to process my claim, Dennis remained very patient through it all. Eagle Home Solutions, Inc. did a wonderful job and the transformation of my plain-Jane house was incredible. Dennis is not only a skilled contractor; he is also a master at design. During the planning process, Dennis provided unique and thoughtful ideas that would not only fit my budget but would enhance the curb appeal as well. The finishing touches were not overlooked. During construction I picked up some very useful tricks of the trade. The team from Eagle Home Solutions, Inc. was skilled and professional at their job. They were considerate and respectful. There was no ugly dumpster to damage my driveway. Only the very best products were used and discarded materials were taken away daily. The workmen arrived promptly and even worked through the rain. The job was completed ahead of schedule. A month after the job was completed and the final portion of the bill had been paid, I noticed a few minor imperfections that needed attention. Dennis sent out his team the very next day and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I know if I have any problems in the future, Eagle Home Solutions, Inc. will take care of me. I have received multiple compliments on the transformation of my home from friends, neighbors and family. I would highly recommend Dennis and Eagle Home Solutions, Inc. to anyone who needs or wants to update their home.
