My experience with Greg from GMart was excellent from the beginning. He immediately came the same day I called and gave me a very good quote for top notch quality windows. He delivered and installed on the promised date. His crew were very courteous and detailed oriented. I'm so happy with my new windows and I would recommend and use GMart again. Thank you Greg. read more

Gmart - Windows Installation Near Me - Bartlett, Illinois

Greg and his team are super knowledgeable and experienced, that is why we decided to hire them to replace our windows and siding. They walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Fast forward a few years later we decided to add a door to the garage so it's more convenient to get to the back or side of the house without opening and closing the garage door. We called Greg and they were able to come within a couple of days to help us complete the idea we had in mind. Greg and his team are always willing to help! They are amazing! The work they did makes our home look incredible inside and out! The quality of the materials used are great quality. They know their craft! If you need any windows/siding call GMART! We had initially reached out to 5-6 Windows and Siding Contractors and Greg came out on top. Unlike some other businesses which try to upsell you and waste a lot of your time upfront during the sales pitching process, Greg was quick and to the point, which I appreciated. His quote was one of the most competitive as well and the quality of work provided was great. Post-sales service was great as well with Greg. He helped us adjust a few minor things on our windows post-installation. I highly recommend Greg and it's been such a pleasure having him do our windows and siding replacement! read more

I received several quotes and chose GMART because Greg was very knowledgeable, was giving me a quote on higher end materials and gave a great price in comparison to others. Had siding, gutters, windows, soffit and fascia replaced. Went with Prodigy vinyl siding and Advantage 6300 Windows. The two crew members were there early in the morning and worked pretty much through the day except when it rained. Took about 4 days to complete. I was there the whole time. We are very happy with how it turned out. I did have an issue with some caulking afterward and Greg came right out and fixed it himself without complaint the next day. Always good to see a man that stands behind his work after he has been fully paid. I think he keeps his overhead low and therefore can afford to charge a little less. The crew members were both very knowledgeable. read more

Greg and his team did an outstanding job on our home. I received quotes from 3 other companies and chose GMart because Greg was honest, price was very good, he was responsive and quickly answered all of my questions, and he came highly recommended. Our 60 year old home needed it's cedar siding ripped off & new LP Smartside was installed along with all new alum trim on all windows & doors. Our house looks amazing!! Thanks guys!! read more

Greg from Gmart had a great guy Chris doing a good job of siding my house. We had 2 issues to address. One was that I had mice problem. Gap in siding where the mice entered the crawlspace. Another was that one of the room which was a garage previously got cold in the winter. Both of my issues were addressed to my satisfaction. They installed a channel at bottom of the siding so that it provides no access for anything to enter the crawlspace. In order to address the cold air entering the room, the bottom siding was removed and additional insulation was added. Hopefully this will fix the issue. A new window was also installed and Greg worked with us to get us best pricing possible. I recommend Greg from Gmart for siding and window project. read more

I decided to replace the windows in my town home (about 15 plus patio door) and reached out to 3 companies for quotes (Gmart, Integrity and Olson). Greg was very knowledgeable and professional and provided great options. I was even more impressed when one of the other quotes came in for the exact windows Gmart was providing at $5,000 more! How is that possible? Because he gives the best price he can for the product and doesn't try to pull anything over on you. The installation team was on time and very respectful of my home. Overall, I would highly recommend Greg and his team. Hire them; you will not regret it. read more

I have used G Mart several times and can highly recommend their services. I am a rehabber since 1990 and have rebuilt over 50 properties. G Mart has completed siding and or windows on three of the last houses completed. Greg knows what to ask and is willing to do exactly what is necessary. Very high quality of workmanship. The crew shows up on time and will leave the site cleaner than they found it. Prices have been the lowest available from several quotes. I no longer waste time with other quotes. I have made money on all of the projects they have worked on. Thanks. read more

I needed some siding placed after I had a deck removed. They came out for a quote promptly and had the best price. Other companies wanted to charge almost double! The end result was perfect. Greg was very professional and extremely communicative! While I was waiting on competing bids, Greg came out to the house to assess the scope, provide suggestions and turn a quote within 24 hours. Other contractors took weeks--literally weeks--to do the same. He instilled a sense of trust that won my business. He says what he means and means what he says! He gave me options and continued to communicate throughout the entire process. I can't express how important this aspect is when your home is torn apart. His team replaced the siding, windows, gutters, fascia, etc on my home. Gmart's pricing was reasonable and he didn't ding me on the little stuff. I was very happy with the work. So happy, in fact, that I've already referred him to close friends and family. read more

GMART Greg helped facilitate with our insurance adjuster to get our 30 year old aluminum siding replaced. We found him on Angie's List with having a great rating. Greg communicated every step of the process and was never pushy. His three man team took pride in performing a quality installation. The team was approachable and cleaned up at the end of everyday. We were very happy with the end result as it totally gave our house a face lift. I would recommend Gmart to anyone performing exerior work on their home. read more

We had our siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters replaced. Greg and his crew--especially Chris--are amazing. I never leave reviews anywhere--not on Yelp, not on Amazon, nowhere. But Greg is remarkable. His prices, promptness in responding to questions, attention to detail, and the industriousness and courteousness of him and his crew--who left the yard and patio clean as a whistle--were outstanding. Two screens were slightly damaged in the re-siding process, and Greg replaced them immediately. If you need siding, DEFINITELY use Greg. read more

This company replaced windows in my whole house, 26 windows of different varieties, including a garden window in the kitchen, a couple of awnings and a casement window, some picture windows and some double hung, I was so pleased with every window they installed ! Very knowledgeable and professional, they did all this in one day, very efficient and clean job, wiping every window clean at the end of the install, they brought in the vacuum cleaner and took care of cleaning my floors at the end as well. It's been over a month now and I have nothing but great and positive things to say about this job and this company. Price was incredible reasonable, my best estimate out of 5 by far. As a side note, they also covered my front (rotting) bay window wood frame with a vinyl siding surround, also very reasonable and a great job! I strongly recommend this construction company for all your remodeling and upgrading needs. read more

We used Greg and Gmart for siding our home this past July. Him and his team were extremely easy to work with. Greg is prompt and very responsive, he came out to our home 3 times prior to even start the job to go over questions we had. The job took about a week and they did a great job on the install and the clean up. We have gotten so many compliments on the work done! Greg even came out well after the install was complete to assist us in changing our shutters which we wanted to change. I would highly recommend them! read more

I had GMART install vinyl shake siding on my gables. He removed a disgusting decorative shutter and squared off a rounded decorative window frame in the process. He made my house look beautiful! His craftsmanship is superb, he is honest, reliable, and very fair with pricing. He kept me up to date on ordering of supplies and when he would be here to complete the work. I couldn't be home when he was performing the work but he texted me pictures of the progress of work. I am a very picky person and GMART far exceeded my expectations. I highly, highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them for any exterior work I may need in the future. read more

G-Mart was impressive to say the least. Let's start with the estimate which was one my favorite parts of the whole process. I contacted about six different companies for an estimate which only four responded to. G-Mart owner Greg Martyniak came by and met with me to provide an estimate. I had three other estimates; two of which required that my wife be present for the estimate (which was a sneaky sales tactic to get us to buy on the spot). The other three estimates were all gimmicky and sales oriented. With the other estimates I felt like I was being fed a sales pitch that was long and dragged out. Greg's estimate was right to the point and efficient. His estimate took less than 30 minutes while all the other estimates each took over an hour. He walked around the house with me and explained all the things that they would do and problems that he noticed that would be fixed by his team. And this was not some drawn out sales pitch, it was efficient and right to the point which I really enjoyed. Greg didn't use gimmicky sales tactics to push his services on me; he just presented what his team would do, he answered my questions, and then we both went on with our days and he sent an estimate over via email the next day. The price was also very competitive. He was not the cheapest but he was way cheaper than the most expensive estimate I got. One of the things that really caught my eye initially too was not the positive reviews but the lack of negative reviews which was really impressive in my opinion. In reference to the work performed. The crews were very polite and were always working very hard. You could tell they had a great deal of experience in their field. They were very neat and thorough and did everything that they said they were going to do. They found some rotted wood behind the old siding so they showed me the problem and replaced it without charging me extra. I will definitely be recommending this company in the future; our home looks amazing, thank you Greg. read more
