I continued shopping and perusing the necessary items that I was able to find... until I couldn't find anymore. Matt, an associate, took the time to help me locate the remaining items that I needed. There were some that he ended up having to go to the back stockroom to retrieve (he ended up going to the back 2-3 times, God bless him!). I ended up being in the store for over an hour and a half, but the experience was pleasant and well worth it. Ronan my cashier helped me close out my order with speed and efficiency. The store manager Sarah-- you have a great staff! Dana, Matt & Ronan-- you guys rock. Thank you all so much for an awesome experience and for the great customer service. Of course, if you're out for a rare or specialty sporting item, you may not find it here, but at no fault of the store itself. There are even two levels of goods to shop around for. The store is large, clean and relatively organized for such a store attached to a large mall. They have their own outdoor parking lot (so you can avoid the mall garage if possible). Customer service has been friendly and helpful on all my visits. One particular encounter struck me (and prompted me to write this review). I went in the day after Christmas to exchange a running outfit that was the wrong size. We went to the rack first to grab the right sizes before standing in the post-Christmas line. The line actually ended up moving quickly and when I got to the register, the cashier was unbelievably friendly for someone dealing with the heinous position that is the returns desk the day after Christmas...god bless her dear soul!!! We didn't have any form of receipt but we did have the credit card that was used to pay originally. It was SO easy - we simply slid the card and she refunded the original amount then scanned in the new items. Which, by the way, were cheaper because they were on sale - BONUS! I told my husband he should get the wrong size every year...ha! I was beyond pleased that the entire encounter of coming and going took us about 5 minutes! All in all, this is a great Dicks location and one I plan to continue frequenting whenever I'm in the area and in need of any type of sporting or outdoor fodder.
