I continued shopping and perusing the necessary items that I was able to find... until I couldn't find anymore. Matt, an associate, took the time to help me locate the remaining items that I needed. There were some that he ended up having to go to the back stockroom to retrieve (he ended up going to the back 2-3 times, God bless him!). I ended up being in the store for over an hour and a half, but the experience was pleasant and well worth it. Ronan my cashier helped me close out my order with speed and efficiency. The store manager Sarah-- you have a great staff! Dana, Matt & Ronan-- you guys rock. Thank you all so much for an awesome experience and for the great customer service. I have been a SoundRunner customer for a few years now. They are experienced runners and really know what they are doing. The shop is always neat and clean. On a normal day you could just walk in and someone will work with you in person however with Covid-19 running rampant they have shifted to try and overcome closing down to stay open for the running and fitness community they support. They offer virtual fittings by appointment but I already knew what I needed. I needed to buy a new pair of pretty much the same shoe I've been wearing. So I called and spoke with Amy and she was able to pull up my customer information by phone number and see the exact shoe I purchased last time and pick the shoes I wanted. I paid over the phone. I called when I got there and they ran the shoes out to me. The staffer who came out had a mask and gloves on and stayed 6 feet away as we passed off the bag. I was a loyal customer before this and I will continue to be a customer because of this experience. I hope they are able to stay open during this and continue to prosper.
