Love the pizza! I had the two 10" pizza deal with 3 toppings each. It was definitely hot love the cheese pull. Didn't separate well, I would suggest to let it settle before eating so it won't fall apart. Don't be greedy wait unlike me. Lol. If you cook you know what I mean. Hi Bob, Why is your pizza soooo good? It's game day and didn't feel like cooking. Sipping on a little wine feeling fine. Pizza it is. 5:30 called in a small pizza, pepperoni, black olives and feta cheese. Mama on the phone told me 20 minutes. Only a few minutes away I filled up the tank and was there! Mind you they do not put the feta on the pizza, she graciously gave it to me on the side - their rules. Pizza was piping hot when I arrived, $10.18 for 3 toppings! Parking lot and accepts credit. Bob's Pizza Palace is a great neighborhood pizza restaurant. The pizza which is very tasty has a sauce that is a little tangy / spicy. I also have gotten the whole slab rib dinner which comes with a great amount of french fries, coleslaw, two rolls and a whole slab of ribs for about $21 very tasty and tender, the meat falls off the bone. Eat cake! That was their answer to solve one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. My order was placed by phone. I drove 10 miles to the restaurant, went in verified the order and paid. When I went back to get the order, I was told that only one of the two pizzas was made. I was then told that I would have to take the one pizza or wait for the order to be remade. Considering the distance that I drove and the time that I already invested, I decided to wait. I specifically asked for both pizzas to be remade, not just the one that they forgot. We waited the time we were told and went back in to get the order. My son returned to the car saying that it was still not ready. For the continued inconvenience , the gentleman at the counter offered us a piece of cake. We continued to wait. He went back and received the order. We began to drive and about halfway home. I asked him where the rib tips were. He said they didn't give me rib tips. So back we went. I went in and explained that I had not received part of my order. The gentleman kindly ," oh, he didn't get it that's why I called. " I replied kindly," he didn't get it, because it wasn't given to him. " I was given the order and then left. Once we arrived at home, we opened the boxes only to find out that the pizza order that was verified at the time of payment was wrong! Not only that, but it was obvious that the rib tips with fries and the original pizza were not remade! I called the restaurant to inform them of the problem. Their response was for me to return with the pizzas! After 2 hours, almost 30 miles,three times in the restaurant and a COST OF $82, their solution to their mistakes was to LET ME EAT CAKE! I give them two stars because the gentleman at the counter was very polite and professional . Also, the pizza probably would have been good if it was done correctly . Furthermore, the manager gave me a curt response after I told him that my food was horrible! I frequent this restaurant, due to their (previous!) delicious food. The haddock fish dinner is my favorite dish from here.... well it used to be. Today's "catch" was so under-cooked that I was afraid that it would jump out of the box and find the nearest body of water. The coleslaw was tart and bubbling hot, and the french fries were under-cooked. I have never complained about this establishment. I used to love this place. This place isn't half bad. It's better then Little Cesar's $5 pizza's, but not the best pizza I've had. My co-worker recommended this place and I went and picked it up. We got a Anti-Salad with a Large pizza and a 2 liter for $19.66. I think they forgot to give us the discount for $15.00 plus tax. Anyways, the place is in a rough side of town but is easily visible from the road. Place has a long bench for those waiting to pick up, but no dining in here! My family and I have been faithful customers of Bobs pizza palace for over 40 years. Today (Aug.,6,2022) we ordered dinner for the family at 8:30pm and I was told the driver would be here in 30 min. I called to confirm that the food was going to be delivered. I was told 10 min., called 2nd time and again 10 min, called a 3rd time and I was told the driver just left and that was 10:40pm and bobs close at 11pm. It's now 11:05pm. My mom and I are both diabetic. Waiting on them to deliver has caused both of our blood sugar to drop low. If I knew I was going to have to cook, I would have eaten long before now, usually by 6pm. The ghetto girl that answered the phone and even hung up on me a couple of times when I called. Bob, the whole hood loves your restaurant. However, these kind of people will end up degrading your business!!!! I will never order from this place again!!! I can't walk right now but my If I could I would have picked the order up myself. Felt kind of rushed through the whole ordering process, and the attitude I received over the phone was that I was bothering her. She really didnt appear to know the menu at all. Ordered a quick lunch from here while at work a few days ago, and I definitely will be back. Pizza took about 20 minutes, which wasn't bad at all considering I ordered around peak lunch time. When I went to pick up the pizza, the staff was so friendly. I was helped right away, and I was incredibly impressed with their customer service skills. Readers, I must be honest with you first. I do not frequent Bob's Pizza Palace as much as I probably should. Yes, I know I am giving them five stars, and it was difficult for me to come to that conclusion, considering there is a Happy's about three blocks away that I frequent, as well. True story: when I was 15, I was walking back from Bob's one night. The Happy's I spoke of is actually closer to me, so I had to walk past Happy's to get to Bob's (talk about dedication, but at the time Happy's was still new to the neighborhood). So, as I was walking back (they both are even on the same side of the street), a guy that worked at Happy's saw me with my Bob's pizza and my 2-liter Faygo. He tapped on the window, I looked back, and he signaled at a pizza box he was holding. I looked back at him, smiled, and kept walking (it was too cold and dark outside for me not to). At any rate, I have been going to Bob's for quite some time, and I must say that I have never been disappointed. They have some of the best pizza in the neighborhood, and it seems you get more for your money there than you would anywhere else. In fact, their medium is about the size of most pizzerias' large. And, as a bonus, they still offer deals where you get a free 2-liter Faygo with your purchase, if you order pickup. Hands down, I would recommend this pizzeria to anyone in the area, and even some out of the area. read more

My sister ordered a pizza with ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND GREEN PEPPERS. They sent a pizza with banana peppers and green peppers. She even repeated the order 3x to whoever was on the phone. They also forgot the 2L soda that was supposed to be delivered too. Bob said he's closing soon. She asked about a refund tomorrow. He said they're closed (Thanksgiving). Most of my reviews are of slices during lunch time... I travel all over Michigan for my job and that's what I look for when hustling lunch (because I am a fat glutton who absolutely loves pizza, especially square slices during the day) I had to go out this way to meet a client so I looked it up on Yelp... tons of great reviews so I went to go get my lunch on....the cat running the place (Bob?) was super cool... decided to take my debit card even though there was like a $10 minimum or something.... the slices were out of this world, super huge, super guey super messy....
