Brought my road bike in for a tune up and to fix a broken shifter. My bike had been sitting in a…read moregarage for a couple years so the employee on the phone recommended a 200 dollar tune up which I approved excepting my bike to be tuned and cleaned up. That was little over a month ago bike still doesn't shift correctly into higher gears and you would think when you pay 200 bucks for a tune up they would clean the bike as well. Well they didn't still dusty and the chain is covered in grease and dirt. When I came into drop the bike off the technician was rude and didn't care, everything he recommended what the most expensive option. Would not bring my bike here!!! The winter shop is amazing and takes care of all problems bike shop needs some work!
