On top of that, when I returned to Safelite, the replacement glass that came in was incorrect due to a manufacturer error. That said, I want to give credit where it's due. On my third visit, everything was finally ready, and Heather and Sean really stepped up. They made sure I didn't have to wait long and provided excellent customer service. They were professional, efficient, and clearly cared about getting things done right after all the earlier issues. Overall, the process was inconvenient, but the service at the end made a big difference. If the communication and parts ordering were smoother from the start, this would have easily been a 5-star experience.

The dealership is all over the Eastern shore so for such a big company to work with them made me feel good to start. I had been holding off on getting my windows tinted forever. The thought of doing research to find…read morea good place, making an appointment was just overwhelming. I decided to stop by Clearview after getting my car washed next door just to check on prices and they were able to fit me in immediately. Just 1.5 hours later I was leaving with tinted windows that looked great! Only issue is they only have a couple of seats by the register and it gets very crowded while waiting. There isn't really anything in the area either so bring a book and be ready to sit.

I got it home and tried to roll it down to roll it all the way and....no dice. Since then I've been trying to contact Safelite to come out and fix the issue. It's only been three months since they replaced my driver's side window, and they have a warranty. But you can't follow through with the warranty if you are unable to reach them. I started by 'chatting' with a representative on their website. She referred me to customer service. I found a page on their website to put my information in to follow up on a warranty, but my information was not recognized. So, after receiving the error message listing a number to call, I did in fact call the number. I went through a series of prompts but was relieved that I would finally be able to speak with somebody. NOPE. After about 5 prompts I was directed back to the website, and then it hung up. Wow. I found the phone number on my phone of when I was contacted by Safelite and called THAT number. I could not leave a message because there was no voicemailset up. Wow, again. At this point I'm not getting a warm fuzzy about their customer service. So, deal with them at your own risk. I'm going to keep trying to contact SOMEBODY in the Safelite chain and I'll update accordingly.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! i woulda been better off leaving the chip in my windshield or using any other company!!
