If you are anywhere within an hour of this place do not buy another car/truck battery anywhere else. They have standard batteries for $60 with a core and I even bought a couple optima yellow top from him for $80 +core each. I've got those two batteries in my off-road rig, 2 agm's in my diesel and one in the wife's car and I've spent less on all of those batteries than I would have had to spend on one of those yellow top optima's anywhere else. The staff is highly knowledgeable, very nice, they have badass pinball machines to look at in the back area. Just seem like cool people who aren't out there trying to gouge people on their pricing like literally everyone else is. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is. Best place to get auto or marine batteries. Half the price of anywhere else. Most of the batteries they sell are lightly used, but will still last you for years. If they don't have used ones in the model you need, they often have factory blemish versions which are brand new generic looking batteries for a lot less than what you pay anywhere else. They will lend you the tools you need to swap out your battery right there in the parking lot. read more

I went in with what I thought was a battery that expired in 2023, because it would die after 30 mins of using the auxiliary (about 3 times in 1 month). He quoted me a VERY reasonable price, then, he looked at my battery, and explained the 2023 date was when the battery was MADE (not expired), so, he instead of taking my money, he tested the battery, cleaned the cables and terminals, load tested it, and said, "Not that I donwanna take your money, but this is a good battery..." . Absolutely one of the best places to go downtown if you are looking to replace your car battery! The process is very easy: it's just a matter of giving your old battery to get a discount on a new/refurbished battery! The person working gave me a battery that wasn't the perfect fit, but recommended that I trim the plastic spacers on the bottom to have it work out. I was concerned at first at the idea and he shut down all of my worries! I was informed that I could bring the receipt back along with the purchased battery to exchange for the actual battery I needed if it didn't work out. The battery is still running fine to this day and I am glad this place has a convenient location with an ample amount of parking. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and family and I hope this helps others decide on coming here if they are hesitant. read more

It was my mobile mechanic who recommended Bobcat. That was about 6 months ago. Since then I have bought about 6 batteries. Can't beat the price and certainly can't beat the service as one day I got there just as they were closing. The guy went ahead and found what I needed. Another time I needed a short cable to connect two 12v in series. One was handmade in a few minutes. At NO charge! Highly recommend. But it would be nice if they opened on Saturdays. read more
