Customer service: 5 Location: 5…read moreStaff: 5 Cleanliness:5 We stopped by this location to see if we needed to order parts for our ECHO chainsaw. This location was referred to us from a Lexington, SC Home Depot staff employee that's on Sunset Blvd. We was able to find this store location with ease, with the use of a GPS device or Google maps. Upon entering I was greeted by a knowledgeable and very professional staff. I was fortunate to get some assistance with my chainsaw repair by Anthony the manager, and I was very impressed with his customer service. He took his time to fix the problem I was having with my saw, and when I asked him how much I owed. He responded with "you don't owe me nothing" and thanked me for military service. He also just explained that he would really appreciate my business the next time. I'm positive that we will be back in near future and will highly recommend them to my friends!!!
