The owner Joe is out to make money and I get that but the prices are way to high for the quality of work! The entire company was at my house (small!) no one is licensed but the owner and he literally cussed out and put 2 employees down at my house in the front yard! I had to call them since they installed and they did fix it, while pushing blame on me! If you can afford this company you can afford a more reputable company. Mary at the front desk was kind, patient, helpful, and professional in my process of deciding what I wanted. She explained the entire process to me so there was no confusion. Mike Burnside came out and did all of the measuring with great care. Mike Burnside, David Wiggins, and Patience removed the old kitchen counter and sink, the old bathroom counters and sinks and replaced the counters with Quartz, porcelain sinks in the bathroom, and a stainless steel sink in the kitchen. These guys are professional, kind, and they were very careful in our home. A couple of weeks later, Mike Burnside, Fella (don't know his real name) and Marquel came to tear out the old shower and install the new one. Again, these guys were very professional and took great care in our home. I am so happy with everything I chose. It looks really beautiful. But what is much more important to us is that these guys treated our home as if it was theirs. They all are meticulous in their various jobs. If something isn't just right they work until it is. Remodeling is stressful to most any homeowner, however this crew made the process fairly easy for us with their professionalism, with the way they explained things step by step, even with their sense of humor. It is so rare these days to find a company that actually cares and where the workers take pride in what they do, where they show up when they say they will, and they do not spend all day on their phones. I just cannot say enough good things about everyone I came in contact with at Micalline.

Jerome called ahead to make certain that we would be home and showed up right on time. He made a recommendation for a particular brand. I purchased that brand from a local retailer and Jerome installed it In about an hour; it worked perfectly (and was much quieter), so I decided to replace the other, older opener, to match the new one. Jerome came back a few days later (once I had the opener in hand) and performed that work. He patiently worked with me to program the outside openers and the opener on the dash of one of our cars. He took the old openers away (without my asking). I couldn't be happier.
