I am glad I did!! Answered the phone right away, quick arrival and amazing customer service! Upon arrival, immediately pulled out his tools and started working to get into the car. After about 10 or 15 minutes and shining a flash light through the windshield, with the tools he was able to press the unlocks and viola! He was done, the car was open, and the keys were retrieved! He was fully in a rush and the job was completely botched. It took him 4 hours to make a car key for my Nissan Altima. I was so tired of this guy and just wanted to get my key and be done with him. He was rushed, he kept making weird comments trying to make "guy talk". He stunk like cigarettes and it took me 3 days to get the smell out of my car. He got done with the key, charged me $300 for a push start. The next day, the car wouldn't turn on. Went to a mechanic and this guy triggered the Anti-Theft system in my car.
