After about 10 or 15 minutes and shining a flash light through the windshield, with the tools he was able to press the unlocks and viola! He was done, the car was open, and the keys were retrieved! Second, the guy came out (1hr late) and didn't even say hello, just his name (Curtis) and just walked up to the car and opened the door without even making sure it was the right car. He was fully in a rush and the job was completely botched. It took him 4 hours to make a car key for my Nissan Altima. I was so tired of this guy and just wanted to get my key and be done with him. He was rushed, he kept making weird comments trying to make "guy talk". He stunk like cigarettes and it took me 3 days to get the smell out of my car. He got done with the key, charged me $300 for a push start. The next day, the car wouldn't turn on. Went to a mechanic and this guy triggered the Anti-Theft system in my car. I called to complain and they keep saying they will give me my money back and still nothing. Don't walk away from this company, RUNNNNN!!!!!!!
