Technician was supposed to call back with a quote for me to decide if I would use them. Technician called back and had no information so I had to repeat everything and wasnt given a quote. He showed up to the location and his services were no longer needed. The technician proceeded to curse my district manager out and told her she owed him $65 for gas. I get off the phone with her to call him to get a understanding of the issue. He was so rude I hung up and he then calls me back to tell me to go F*ck myslef. I have worked with plenty of locksmiths over the years and would have never imagined being cursed out by anyone for any reason but to be told to go F myself is insane and I will be sure to continuously report the unprofessional behavior until something is done about it. I simply asked him to not be disrespectful I couldnt even get to a conclusion because he was too busy yelling and being disrespectful. Im new to Columbia from VA so I was unaware this company was no good but I see why they have 2 stars.

My son was on a 4th floor apartment the furthest you could be from any door with a move to another apartment complex. Jordan, Pierce and Kyle have to be the hardest working AND the darn nicest movers in the entire universe. Not one thing was broken, not one wall or piece of furniture was scratched. And they were so kind and cheerful- like how in the tarnation could anyone be so polite and happy while lifting heavy yhings in sweltering Columbia heat all freaking day?? And yet- they absolutely were. We ended up hiring these guys after our original move in date was botched and it was honestly a blessing in disguise. If you need anything moved- call them. We spent the evening cleaning and unpacking and I wished I could have kept those boys with us. They are THAT good! They lost all the pieces to my 3 dresser mirrors, they had them mixed up with the wrong dressers and time was ticking. They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!

Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. The owner even came to check in on us Saturday morning. The job was planned, started, and finished quicker than anticipated and distractions were minimal. We enjoyed watching the work being done. After about 10 or 15 minutes and shining a flash light through the windshield, with the tools he was able to press the unlocks and viola! He was done, the car was open, and the keys were retrieved!
