Horrible customer service. Brought in a key to a new, expensive, Master (bought locally at Uhaul) lock to be coppied, and both the new keys made would not work. So, I brought in the two bad keys they made with the Master lock the second time, he made two new keys, and broke my new Master lock. So, now I am out a $25 lock and $10 for the keys. They had the nerve to say it was a cheap knockoff lock, (but UHAUL says they don't sell knockoffs), and Triangle Safe & Lock claimed they didn't break it. I didn't see the keys work in it before I left, but took their word they worked. Got home, went to put the lock on my trailer, and it wouldn't open. Never will be back, just the thirty minutes ride there twice wasn't worth my time. Breaking my new lock and sticking me with the cost of two useless keys was just more insult to injury. The attitude of the guy on the phone was nothing could be done to correct the issue. Meanwhile, I had to scramble to find a new lock late last night to secure my storage trailer! I'm sure they got a piece of metal stuck in the lock. I can't fathom why a new lock would just break so soon and right after having a new key made for it. After leaving a review on Google, finally someone acted like they cared and would refund my money for the keys and broken lock, but being I was told nothing could be done over the phone, Im not too inclined to bother. I only left the negative review because the guy on the phone didn't want to be helpful. I already had to buy a new lock at this point. I called because I thought somehow I got someone else's lock and mine theirs. Because, the lock I have now does turn at all. read more

My husband, family, neighbors, and friends will never use this company ever again as our locksmith. They are extremely over priced. Did not allow us to cancel once we unlocked our door in our desperate situation. Came to the wrong address disturbing the neighbors. Owners and employees were not friendly, very rude and just nasty individuals. Do not trust them! Absolutely the best service I have ever had. I needed two keys cut and programmed for my 2012 Buick LaCrosse. I live in Aiken and had called every lock smith in Aiken, Augusta and several in the Columbia area and was told the same thing...You will have to go to the dealership. This would have easily been a 600 bill by the time they ordered two Buick transponder keys and paid labor charge. I went online ordered two keys from Amazon for $35.00 and had them sent to me. Talked with the people at Triangle online and they said as long as you have a working key we can cut and make. They also were upfront to say they could not guarantee the key would work since I had ordered it online. Went in to the shop, a very nice young lady took the working key and two keys and went and cut one and said let me try it. It worked she went back in and cut the other programmed both keys and I was on my way in 20 minutes. They only charged $50.00 for each key. I ended up with two brand new transponder keys for $135.00. Couldn't ask for better service or more upfront and honest people. Will recommend them to anyone. read more
