Technician was supposed to call back with a quote for me to decide if I would use them. Technician called back and had no information so I had to repeat everything and wasnt given a quote. He showed up to the location and his services were no longer needed. The technician proceeded to curse my district manager out and told her she owed him $65 for gas. I get off the phone with her to call him to get a understanding of the issue. He was so rude I hung up and he then calls me back to tell me to go F*ck myslef. I have worked with plenty of locksmiths over the years and would have never imagined being cursed out by anyone for any reason but to be told to go F myself is insane and I will be sure to continuously report the unprofessional behavior until something is done about it. The dealership only gave me one ignition key! Called Dave 2 days ago to get pricing and he quoted me $155 and told me to call him when the keys and key fobs arrived. He came to the house today 6/17/26 and 20 minutes later he was done. Cash, Cash App (Apple pay). No debit or check. He mentioned one other payment option but I forgot. Highly recommend, but call to get pricing, he will look up your vehicle to make sure he can do it and give you a price.

Set up the appointment and even gave same quote in person. Comes down to pay and they suddenly try to charge $350! Both my husband and I have a phone call recording app and each call had been recorded. The guy even told me in person the quote of $150. The guy flat out claimed that no one in that office spoke to us nor gave us any quotes for that or any amount. Then how exactly did they get our address, phone number, and vehicle information? I was home by myself while my husband is at work and started to feel extremely uncomfortable because the guy is getting really angry. The guy then admits we spoke to him and was given them quote but wouldn't do it. For 48 minutes I stayed on the phone with my husband so we could figure out everything and it wasn't until someone from the company contacted my husband on a 3 way call that instantly they said OK $180. That was immediately after they were informed about the calls being recorded. There's no telling how many people they've done this to that didn't realize it or catch it. This is not an honest trustworthy way to run a business.
