Between all booking interactions and the lady that showed up to do the cleaning themselves they were all very professional. For four bedroom house I was expecting a move in cleaning to be a little pricey but for the convenience, it's worth it. Unfortunately, they did not complete the job they agreed to do. While they did clean a few things, such as the microwave and oven, major areas were completely missed. The floors were not cleaned, the baseboards were untouched, the windows were not cleaned, the shower was not cleaned, and 2 out of 3 toilets were not cleaned at all. For a service that was supposed to be a full house cleaning at that price, this level of work is unacceptable. I expected a thorough, move-out-level clean, but what I got was a very partial and incomplete job. When contacted to correct the mistake, the manager refused and said they would only clean what they agreed to do for additional cost. I had to arrange for additional cleaning afterward to make the house livable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
