AMAZING! I had an issue with water pressure in my home. The first plumber that came out (from a difference company) was unable to assist. Leak Seekers was contacted the next day for a second opinion. They quickly came out, diagnosed the problem, explained the issue to me, picked up parts, and repaired the issue all within the same day. Perfect ending to a crazy week with limited water access. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! Detailed, professional, and timely! They serve the Columbia area. read more

This contractor was assigned to me through American Home Shield. He came out, did the initial exam (a water line just needs to be connected), said he needed additional approval from AHS and would be in contact. I waited over two weeks and reached back out to AHS who 'recalled' the appointment after three times of connecting with them. They said the vendor had yet to pick up the ticket and they haven't been able to get in contact with him. It's now been over three weeks, with a bs run around from AHS saying this company has to complete the work and another contractor can't be assigned. I don't know if this contractor is in jail or something, but either way...do not use this company. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

BEWARE!!! LOUSY RUDE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE! This plumbing company was assigned to me through American Home Shield. The main problem with this plumbing company is they never answer their phone and they leave the same message on their phone saying to call during business hours and to only leave them one message. My calls HAVE been during business hours. I made a comment about that on my second message call to them. The girl then called me back saying they dont want to work with me, to find someone else. She was very rude even when I tried to explain my reason for the call. My hands are tied because I work with AHS. AHS told me this is the only available plumber in our area. Seems pretty ridiculous. read more

Don't hire this company. We bought a home and the previous owners' home warranty company hired them to fix a leaky faucet before closing. We just moved in. The leak was NOT fixed, but they said it was, and since it's been more than 30 days, they're demanding we pay them again for work they didn't do the first time around. It's a scam. Avoid. read more

They are not open 24 hours. A call after 5 pm will be returned within the following business days. They did text me to confirm my claim was being processed when I put it in at night. Tech showed up within the time frame. Was able to fix the problem but left all the pipes cut/replaced. read more

They have been to our home at least twice for dispatch from our home warranty contract. Both times. Superior work and trustworthy. We both like their work and quality. read more

TERRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND! They were called out to our home to see if we had a drain leak or a shower pan leak. They came out twice the first time they told us no leaks the second time a month later they told us it was a shower pan leak. But they did not do any test to see if it was a drain leak or a shower pan leaking. They guest at the diagnosis and ran like Ferrell cats. Didn't get a receipt didn't get anything in writing and Kayleigh would never call you back. All you get is her voicemail! read more

Worst experience ever! They were assigned through AHS home warranty. Responded within reasonable time after initial claim. After that, unresponsive; not answering the phone during their business hours and never returned my call. They ask you not to leave multiple messages, but they will not call you back. Tech came out (stayed 6 minutes) only to tell me what I knew that my water heater needed to be replaced. Tech came said I would have to pay $800 out of pocket for bogus upgrades, plus a permit (he couldn't explain what the permit was for). They dragged their feet on getting the diagnosis to AHS. Only after my constant persistence of me putting pressure on AHS did I get the diagnosis. I chose not to allow this company to replace the WH. Second opinion costed less that ha bogus charges and I did not need the supposed upgrades they suggested. I would suggest everyone stay clear of this company and AHS. They in it together to over charge, up charge and pay out as less as possible. If I could give no stars I would. read more

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. they have terrible response to customers. they work for AHS and do the bare minimum to collect money. I wish I coud have chosen a different company. I have let AHS know they are giving them a very bad name. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! read more

5 stars just isn't enough! I thought I had a bigger problem than what I actually did! Leak Seekers did a phenomenal job! Totally recommend! Service was SUPER FAST and I couldn't ask for better prices! I will continue to use them! read more

I can't say enough great things. Wonderful people with great service. I received a very high water bill. I checked my water meter and found it spinning at a high rate even though all of the water was turned off inside my house. I checked the crawl space and walked around my front yard without noticing anything. I called Leak Seekers. They were here within 24 hours. I was expecting to have to use high tech, expensive detection. He methodically isolated the leak and found it in a place where I would have NEVER thought to look. Leak was repaired quickly for a very reasonable price. He easily could have ran the price up on me, but he didn't. Integrity and professional competence seem to be in short supply in the world today, but NOT with this company. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call again if the need arises again. read more

We were assigned Leek Seekers by our home warranty company. We had a pipe stoppage in a double sink. Their service person came out. He cursed loudly in my home multiple times in frustration at the issue, went outside and called someone and cursed more. Made a dirty mess in the bathroom which he left for us to clean. He then told us it could not be repaired unless he went in through the wall or the roof vent. We were told that Leek Seekers would talk to our warranty company and get back. It took two calls and texts to get a call only to be told that it wasn't covered. Asked for a quote to repair- no call back. Called a friend, got a referral and voila! Repaired without going on the roof or through the wall. Cost me double the warranty charge but they didn't curse, leave a mess or walk away. Really dissatisfied. read more

I had a water leak under my sink. They came out right away. The plumber found the leak quickly. He left to buy a new one from Lowe's or Home Depot. He came back with a new faucet. It was not like the one I had but he said that was all he could fine he installed it and left. I go to check out his work and my sink is worse than before with A class three leak so I called him back and he came back right away and said he forgot to tighten the cold water valve and that's why it was leaking. You have to check behind them to make sure it is done correctly. read more

From the initial call to the response and work completed, Leak Seekers was EXCELLENT! The price was fair. I was told what he was going to do and what it would cost beforehand. The plumber put shoe covers on before he walked in the door. He was very professional, courteous and personable. I have already discussed a plan to resolve other plumbing issues I mentioned to him that he reviewed and priced but could not effectively address because he was time conscious regarding his next appointment. I really liked that! read more

I'm a repeat customer, because Leak Seekers gives great service. It's a personally owned business and they've been great!

Was referred to them by my home warranty service. Called several times returning calls. Had to leave messages. Was never able to speak to someone during the weekdays 9-5. Received a return call in the evening after 5PM at least twice. We were not available during that time. read more
