When this discrepancy was brought to the inspector's attention, the response was unfortunately unprofessional, including name-calling and other inappropriate remarks. Such conduct is not conducive to resolving concerns and does not meet the standards expected in professional interactions. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this inspector to others.

This morning, I had a young man to come out to clean my dryer vent. I had been seeing this all…read moreover social media and I have been in my home for over 5 years and never had it done. He called before he came, however I missed his call. When he pulled up, he came inside and looked at the dryer vent and then we went outside to look and he told me all of his work would be outside. I went back inside and he went to work. It only took him about 25 minutes. It wasn't as bad as I thought as you can see from the picture. I asked him about their HVAC maintenance services and he told me to call and set up something. He was very kind and made sure I was well informed. I look forward to my next service with them.

Calls hours later to say he was advised not to come because the tech call line isn't available for my product. I tell him I just need a refrigerant recharge. He says he doesn't know what to do about the error code. I told him I don't need anything other than a recharge and he doesn't have to do anything about an error code. He says he can't come. I say "That fucking sucks", he says I'm cussing at him and he can just hang up. Tech was just looking for a way to avoid work.
