I loved the wide variety of items, especially the jewelry. I do wish they had more tank tops and similar everyday pieces, but if you're looking for a wonderful bikini set or a cozy hoodie, this is definitely the place to go. You really can't go wrong with the embroidered hoodies! I also loved the dressing rooms. They were spacious, clean, and super cute, which made trying everything on even more enjoyable. I can totally see why ATLAS has been going TikTok viral. I also really loved the collab they recently did with Pop Up Bagels, and I love that they always seem to have something going on. It makes the store feel exciting and gives people a reason to keep coming back. Honestly, I feel like they could already be in a bigger location because of how much traction they're getting. One thing I'd really love to see in the future is more San Diego specific items, especially pieces that say "San Diego" or feature places like Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, Encinitas, and other local areas. It seems like those kinds of items are selling well, and I think ATLAS could get some great traction from offering more San Diego tailored designs. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend checking out ATLAS at Westfield UTC!

ATLAS @ UTC LA JOLLA…read more Parking is available throughout the UTC parking lots and garages. The first hour is free, then it is $2 per hour, so just keep that in mind if you plan on staying longer. I first heard about Atlas through their Instagram marketing and kept seeing videos about their grand opening, including free bagels, matcha, and other fun giveaways. Atlas is a really unique space that carries products from various smaller and local brands. I noticed everything from swimwear and hoodies to jewelry and candles, and I really loved how different and niche the selection was. The aesthetic of the store is super cute and everything feels very curated. I also really like the concept of supporting smaller businesses through their store. That being said, the prices are definitely on the higher side. For example, bikini bottoms were around $40 to $60 each, and some of the candles were pretty small for their price. Personally, I don't think I would shop here regularly, but I can definitely see the appeal for someone looking for unique pieces. My only other concern was the customer service. I've visited twice on weekdays, and unfortunately, I wasn't really acknowledged either time. The employees were mostly at the desk on their phones, so I didn't feel particularly welcomed. I think a simple greeting or someone explaining more about Atlas and the brands they carry would have made the experience much better. Overall, I love the concept and aesthetic of Atlas and think it's a fun place to browse, especially if you enjoy discovering smaller brands!

Was a fan of theirs since the mid 2000s, before I moved to San Diego and once I did I visited their original flagship in Linda Vista. I was so bummed to learn that they later closed the Linda Vista store and moved up to Lucadia. I do love that area, but it's just so far that I don't go often. Now I have one across the street from me! Was walking by the other day, and decided to pop in and take a look. It's smaller than the original store, and possibly less than the Leucadia one, but their warehouse is attached. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I have a few pieces from over the years and one signature necklace originally purchased in 2019 that I've worn to death. Ellis helped me get a replacement, which was super easy for me to do cause I literally ran across the street to grab it and bring it in after talking with her. It wasn't on display but they had it in stock at the warehouse. They had it ready for me minutes later! When I came back in the founder Eileen presented it to me. I squealed at how shiny it looked. She told me they cleaned the chain for me, too. AMAZING! We chatted for a bit. She is soooo nice. Just when I thought I couldn't love this line more.... I told her about how I wear the necklace almost everyday and always received compliments. It's so unique looking! I was sad the pendant broke but I'm glad to have it back and better than ever. Can't sing enough praises. It feels good to support a business that takes pride in their products and is so kind to their customers. Already plotting my next purchase lol

Service is the only reason this place is getting one star Catalina and Paola were there when I came…read morein Catalina was there the first time I came in I was out to dinner at Eddie's. I was dressed very nicely so I obviously got the best of the best service, I'm a genuine person. I told her how much I loved her store how much I love her dresses she even gave me a free lip gloss seemed very kind that day ! UNFORTUNATELY today I walked in and she made a disgusted face at me looked at me like I was homeless because I was not dressed as nice as I'm just coming from the beach I live with beautiful La Jolla and I like to use our beach amenities. Then she argued with me and told me that she did not sell me the dress I ended up having to pull up a photo to prove to her daughter Paola that I did buy from them then she was all nice to me and I let her know that I will not be shopping here again. It was very unkind and felt very demeaning. Almost a reverse pretty woman moment! So sorry Catalina and Paola that today did not go as positively as I had hoped. I wish you all the best in your business but that is just not how you treat someone at all. We are all human beings and everyone deserves love regardless of what we look like on the outside. Also, I'm a model like we literally could've collaborated on a post and brought each other up but since you wanted to put me down, I wanna let the public know who they're shopping with Anyways, here's a picture of the dress. It's a beautiful dress and I wish I could spend more money with them but unfortunately, they showed me their true colors today PS just in case she tries to flip this around and say she wasn't happy because I came in after coming to the beach and I was wet. I wasn't gonna try on the clothes. I was buying outright swipe the card and walk out because I know what size I am... PSS also I just remembered when I was last there it was only Mother's Day so I mean it wasn't that long ago and I thought we had a really lovely conversation and I spent alotttt on 2 outfits

She told the customer to go to Mission Valley instead and stated that she herself was the manager when asked to speak to one. The customer was understandably upset. Seeing this interaction while waiting in line made me feel unwelcome as well. Later, that same manager was taking photos on her phone, though it wasn't clear why. This isn't the first time I've observed this kind of behavior at this location--I've witnessed similar rudeness twice now. Even though it wasn't directed at me, it still left a bad impression. They could really benefit from better customer service training, especially at the management level.
