Mhh yummy gelato. Most shops have this brand of gelato that also sells in Phoenix. We enjoyed our selections. I don't remember what we got but I think it was Belgian dark chocolate and banana dulce leche. The space is nice here and it was not overly loud

Q: Why did the boba tea file a police report? A: It got its "pearls" stolen! Popped in for their $20 Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup. It was a great treat and a way to fulfil my Dubai chocolate craving. While $20 is a bit steep, it's easier to justify when you're sharing with another person. It's a delicious treat and the strawberry cups are the reason they get another star. Their drinks though? Still not great. Still too syrupy, still too sweet, but come for the strawberry cups and gelato. Bobazona: The combination of two things I love ― Boba + Arizona!

Saw the Dubai chocolate strawberries on IG and brought my girls to try it on Valentine's Day. The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup was so good, only downside was it was very expensive (although it's not their fault since Dubai chocolate is expensive) The black coffee latte was so good and the boba was pretty good. The employees were so friendly and helpful We loved the comfortable chairs and ambiance! We drove from San Tan Valley to try and I would say it's worth it!

My friend from Cali is in town and she was craving this strawberry dessert last night so I picked her up and we tried this place out! She saw that they had Dubai chocolate. I've been seeing the craze about it but have not tried it yet. We both ordered the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cups ($20 each). I felt that was super pricey but I guess Dubai chocolate is pricey normally. The cups were really good though but wish it had more of the green crunchy stuff. The cups were filled with strawberries, then topped with the green crunchy stuff and chocolate syrup. It would be good if they did it in layers. I got mine topped with a light whip and my friend did no whip. I ate the whole cup! Staff here were really friendly and even checked back in on us to see if we liked it. I'll come back again and try some other items next time!

Yum, yum and yum! Such a vibe in this place! I was searching for the Dubai chocolate and this place did not disappoint. Got to love my husband who secured the items I wanted. They have chocolate laced strawberries with the pistachio cream/knafeh and the actual candy bars. Both selections are very tasty. The big strawberries are very fresh and the pistachio cream/knafe packs a nice crunch. The candy bars are filled with pistachio cream/knafeh that packs a nice crunch. For both items, the crunch is my favorite part. The chocolate is so smooth with just enough sweetness. You definitely get your moneys worth. The staff is very friendly and personable. My husband got there before they opened and the staff let him in a bit early to purchase my items. The inside was very clean and well kept. They have plenty of options to customize and make your own drink. Not only that, they have other pastries and gelato. I would definitely go back as I had already went back twice this week alone.

I found Bobazona through a video on TikTok and I AM BEYOND SATISFIED. Their Dubai chocolate strawberries were extremely tasty. I was worried that the strawberries wouldn't be sweet but they were ripe and delicious. The Dubai cream paired with strawberries were so good. I highly recommend. For those who may say that it is overpriced for a cup of strawberries with chocolate and pistachio cream (Dubai) probably do not understand or know that Dubai chocolate is already expensive on its own. I highly recommend this item and will be coming back for it. The store itself was clean and well lit. I will be back. 10/10.

We've been to Bobazona twice now and have had a great experience on both occasions. Staff are very nice and were helpful to explain the drink options. There is ample seating inside and very casual space. They also offer gelato in addition to their large drink menu.

We did dinner at Il Bosco pizza which was great, and as we walked up we saw the Gelato case which immediately became the dessert plan. Friendly staff encouraged sampling that brought me to the perfect strawberry cheesecake option. But they also had a variety of baked goods that were exciting as well. We had Baklava, some unique flavored cookies that will be enjoyed later with wine, and chocolate covered strawberries with Dubai chocolate. Enjoyed every bite for a great evening. Looking to bring our daughter back so she can try things as well.

My first visit to Bobazona was a hit! My jasmine tea Hawaiian Pog was pog-lish! So refreshing and a needed rescue from the heat! I've been to many boba shops, and Bobazona is the only shop that allows me to get my POG on! So glad I found you, Bobazona! Our server was super knowledgeable and sweet. She let us try our drinks first to make sure we were goo goo ga ga over our drinks before handing over the final product of her concoction! Now that's what excellent customer service looks like! Bobazona is in a great Tempe location. They have a really well designed, clean, and beautiful shop with ample comfortable seating for getting some work done on your laptop! They also serve ube ice cream!! Whoot whoot!!

Hard no. Don't be deceived by the clean sitting area. I was craving gelato and wanted to check out this place. I usually go to Zoyo across the street but I wanted to try something new. I want to be positive by saying the woman behind the counter was very nice, but that was the only thing that was pleasant. The gelato looked like it had been seating out for DAYS and there was a film on the top layer. So I skipped the gelato and went for a boba tea, it was pure sugar. My husband enjoyed his spicy tea but it was not worth the 17 bucks we spent. We walked out the door, tossed our drinks and headed to another spot. I hope this place can find a way to provide better dessert with all the objects close by. I hate to say it, but we were disappointed

This place had a great vibe a great boba! We came here to chill for a while after our dinner and got some fruit teas with boba. They were playing a great playlist and the girl working was so friendly and helped us quickly even tho she was the only one with a store full of people. This is a good little boba spot around Tempe! read more

I yelped for affogato and found this place near me. It so yummy. My son had gelato and the flavor was perfect. I've never had affogato before but now I don't know if I can try it anywhere else. Came into this place wanting to get boba but saw how delicious the gelato looked and counsels resist. this place was absolutely disgusting. My little sister found a beard hair in her chocolate strawberries, and my brother-in-law found another beard hair inside his ice cream was definitely overpriced and everything was disgusting. None of the desserts were even good my husband ordered a boba and he got sick from it how disgusting it was. It tasted like sink water with Boba whatever you do do not go to this place. Pretty good drinks. This isn't your normal/ typical Asian boba drink. They offer a variety of options. It leans towards the expensive side. They charge $.70 cents for boba and a surcharge for using your card. A small drink came out to around $6 something with boba. Hence, the four stars. Wish they offered a frequent flyer program or stamp card to lure customers back. I'll try the ice cream/ gelato next time. read more

online it says $15 for the dubai chocolate. then when you wait in a 30-40 minute line just to get to the front they tell you the price it $22 and that's with tax for a lil cup of strawberries. and that's not even the catch. it's only one per group. so if you come in with your friend only one of you can get it. this place is trash and over priced for something so small. SAVE YOUR MONEY SMH. read more

They gave me the wrong jelly. My tea was way too sweet. Then I asked for the gelato to be split in two flavors (which they said they do) and they give me a small portion at the bottom and smashed the opposite flavor on top of it. I wasn't asking them to blend the flavors together or for more than the other. They appear nice but they are just incompetent. It was a waste of time and money. I asked them to fix and they said that's wasteful and did not fix their mistakes. read more

This place is awesome!! My husband and I just moved here from CA and were worried about finding a good boba place haha, but we definitely found our favorite. Would definitely recommend adding this place to your list of drink places! I got a milk tea and you can get gelato added into it, so naturally I had to add it. I got a coffee milk tea with the gelato expresso, I added brown sugar crystals and they were a great addition. I will be coming back to try the other flavors. Only got the refresher boba so the milk teas might be worth it. Refreshers were terrible and expensive. So much syrup. If there is an option for light sugar choose that. It was not offered so I'm not sure. Place smelled gross. read more

The variety of options is awesome! You're bound to find something that you'll like. Having said that, if you are a true tea lover I truly recommend asking for half sweetness especially with the milk teas. Everything is too sweet. Almost like melted "ice cream" too sweet. I still recommend, just proceed with caution. read more

we went for the Dubai chocolate they had been advertising on social media! totally understand we went pretty close to closing and they said they were sold out come back tomorrow at 9am! thank goodness I was not there at 9 because they were in fact not open and turned away many people saying they would open at 10:30. i understand the stress but the tone could've been a lot nicer when sending people away. bummed I didn't get to try it out and I'm not sure if I will go back :( read more

Very happy to have stumbled across this place during their soft opening. We sampled the gelato and it was very good but we ended up getting drinks instead. I got a prickly pear mango refresher and it was delicious! Very fresh tasting. The menu is huge with a lot of unique flavor options. Excited to go back and try something else. read more

The gelato is good and the option are endless and it's amazing how late they stay open. My husband and I usually go here for a little pick us up.. but today and the other couple times we came in unfortunately got us feeling like we need to find a new spot, due to the same person at this location who has given us very rude feedback and comments. My husband has a condition where he coughs even if he isn't contagious it's just been like that since he was admitted to the hospital for Covid back in 21, this girl of course have to make a side complaint to her coworker. Like if he can do anything to fix it... then she goes and give us the most rudest services possible. We tried to order but apparently what we ordered was such a bad thing she stared at us with a mean face and then tired to argue about how she didn't understand us and we gave up trying to order and just went with whatever.. and then she refused to make another waffle on the screen shows a waffle but apparently wasn't what they serve? Then continue to make rude remarks about us and how we were rude when we were so patient even her side remarks didn't make us leave even tho we probably should have. All I can say is, if making bubble waffle cones and scooping ice cream/ gelato is so hard for you and giving customers the basic customer service is such a bad thing for you then maybe you should look into a place you don't deal with so much people. I hope management at least gives her a chance to redo some trainings maybe some on customer service or better communication skills would be nice other then that would be a better read more

Wow the service here is top notch!! Giza & Gigi are super friendly & very accommodating. We really appreciate the non caffeinated milk tea options which they don't have very many places and the adjustments they are able to make with the amount of sugar. The place is very clean and tidy. Good friendly and quick customer service. Family of 6 all tried different drinks. Refeshing tasty drinks once you adjust the sweetness to your liking. Inside is kept clean and tables/chairs/floors are not sticky, considering they also sell gelato. You know how messy customers can be.... Disappointed in the "Technology fee" added. Another junk fee being charged to the customer. Will consider other options next time we are out. read more

I LOVE boba tea. This place is one of my favorite places to go because it's so close to us. I love the images on the wall of Groku and Boba Fett drinking milk tea. It has such a cute aesthetic! My go-to is taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. But when we come in, they are usually still making the pearls and it takes 45 minutes to finish, so I usually opt for kiwi popping pearls when that happens.
