It felt sturdy and the picture was very clear. Truly great work from a genuine team. I came in three days before my event and needed a couple of shirts printed. And the value of service that was given was absolutely AMAZING After being told that my husband and I were accepted for adoptive parents to our 2yr old foster daughter - We thought it would be a great idea to surprise our 24 yr old son who lives in Texas and was about to arrive home to California with printed t-shirts in star wars theme that he was about to legally and officially be a BIG BROTHER! Not only did the printing guys create these awesome shirts for us but they also had ideas with colors and wording to make our surprise a memorable one! They were friendly, and very professional, and creative! We are planning to create some family reunion shirts and we will definitely return to this cute and quaint printing shop in La Habra for some more quality shirts and designs!!! The quality of our T-shirts were fantastic also!!! They were definitely worth the money!!! Being a teacher for the East Whittier City School District- I will definitely be sending business their way A BIG thank you to the boys at Cali DTG in LA HABRA for making such AMAZING T-shirts for my family and I. Unfortunately her communication skills need work. I dropped of caps to do 3D embroidery, I left them my cap as a Sample. She said she would be able to do it. Great, be ready in 1 week. 1 week passed and no call, no email. I stopped by 8 days later because they wouldn't pick up the phone. The 'OPEN' sign was lit but nobody came to the door. The 9th day I called again and she picked up and she said they be ready in 3 more days. At this point, we're going into 2 weeks. I went and the caps look bad. The embroidery lines are crooked and not the same thickness. The outline is missing in some parts. The shade of blue is completely off, even though they have the matching thread on the counter. Supposedly she had not seen the work until she took them out of the bag. Somehow I do not believe her and was probably hoping I wouldn't notice the horrible job. She offered to redo one of the caps but it would be 2 more weeks."Nah, I'm good!" She deducted $5 from the total. Do not go there for 3D embroidery. Maybe they're good at other embroidery jobs. Live and learn.
