Wow where to start... In the T-shirt and manufacturing business honesty and trust is everything. I was completely blown away by Vadeal and its owners. The interaction went as follows: Arrived at Vadel Print at predetermined time set by the owner to find the door was locked. Called owner and he told me he was running late.. After waiting about 15 minutes I decided to check a shop I saw a few doors down on the way in, Garment Printers. Even though they were having a meeting, they still stopped and made time for me to ask some questions. In talking to them, a lot was put on the table. Apparently Vadeal and Garment printers had split due to whatever complications there were within the business and that even though Garment and Vadeal had split, Vadeal was still using all GP's portfolio to sell their service. The employees at Garment were upfront and honest and suggested I should still go to the meeting next door to talk to them just to see what they have to say so I did. The meeting with Vadeal started out normal but as I began to ask questions the lies came out. Their equipment is significantly smaller so I asked how they would print X as Y orders as they came in and he told me that they "Owned next door." When I asked him to elaborate he told me that he owns Garment Printer. When I asked why are you in separate warehouse with separate, brands, logos, printers, he responded by saying we can't sell equipment and print t-shirts because its 2 separate business..hmm Little did he know I had just been next door and that Garment Printers wanted nothing to with Vadeal. I understand that there could be partnership issues or that he may own a piece or whatever but that's not what I am upset about. I am upset because of the lack of honestly or at the very least the misleading truth that Vadeal was spilling at us.. Garment Printers was upfront and honest and even printed me 2 great samples on the spot. I recommend doing the research for yourself and to be careful if you deicide to pursue business with Vadeal. read more

Alexander at Vadeal has been really good consistently which is important when you are backing your brand. They especially are good with their T-Shirts. We are a Made in America company so we want made in America products. Alex went out of his way to find us all the brands that are making a Made in America side. We ended up going with Bella Canvas Made in America and man those shirts are amazing even for the price. Their work has been phenomenal. We have decided to run our whole business when it comes to apparel through them for our T-shirts now. We probably buy a few hundred every couple months now. They are easy to work with and work well around your schedule. Their pigments they use on our shirts seem to last the wash with no problem for lots of wears. Alex quoted lower than any other place around and he seemed like a decent guy so we decided to give the place a chance. Vadeal really helped me when I was in a tight spot. I needed some shirts last minute for a charity event and they were able to get them done for me in a couple of days with no problem. Wow! In reading the owner's comments to my review, it is clear he has missed the facts. ~He claims I had not sent files. FALSE ~ He claims I needed a different type of printer. Hmm, why did he accept my order? ~ I even provided my own supplies to be printed on, including the files. If I stop by to do this and he says he can do it, what else is needed? If he lost the files to do the printing job, he should have said so without letting a week pass. That is just the professional thing to do. If my job was too small for him he should have said so too. ~Small jobs like mine do take minutes, not weeks like big jobs. I know because I've had it done before. My business partner and I went to Vadeal Print and met with the owner looking to set up a business relationship for our T-shirt company. He informed us that he and his "business partner" a few doors down could handle all of our printing needs including fulfillment. He was completely beating around the bush after asking him to walk us through their entire printing process from start to finish. When we asked him if we could meet his "partners" next door he told us that they're probably in a sales meeting, so we wouldn't be able to speak with them. Surely enough we stopped by next door only to find out that their so called "partners" GarmentPrinter.com was in no way affiliated with Vadeal or any of their business practices. Personally, I would be extremely careful in dealing with Vadeal Print, as they clearly have a shaky way of handling their clientele.
