PARKING: metered street right in front n' to the side or free lot around the corner OVERALL COMMENTS: prices are great in my opinion in this day n' age. My usual go-to is their brown sugar milk tea with brown sugar boba or either their mango or strawberry sago with grapefruit. Since it was national mango day, I went with their mango drinks. The mango sago with grapefruit is always refreshing, tasty, n' has great textures. The mini sago is made perfectly. My daughter really enjoyed their cloudy mango. Don't forget to scratch off the scratcher on the drink cups, it could contain a discount for your next visit. I earned enough stamps to fill two stamp cards from previous visits, so you can say I'm a frequent customer!
