Holy Cow Chocolate Cake

The service was impossibly slow (especially since we were only one of four tables), but the food was good. Not great, but good, and the prices were very reasonable.

I have been to this location s few times before. I decided to go here for breakfast being that I was in the area. Parking was slightly difficult to find today, and after a few minutes I managed to find a parking spot. The service here can be slightly slow, and there's sometimes a wait time. I decided to order two bacon, eggs, and cheese biscuit sandwiches, hashbrowns, and side of brown gravy. The biscuits were fresh and fluffy. The hashbrowns were nicely grilled and flavorful. The brown gravy was thick and flavorful as well. I will return to this location again.

A group of 10 came here for thanksgiving get together. They were able to accommodate us. Food took a while to come out. Our dinner plate was pleasantly good. Wish there was more gravy. Ordered to go and they forgot to pack a lot of things for my to go order.

BYOB Omelette with home fries

I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed this place a long time ago. While looking for new breakfast places to order from, I decided to retry Bob Evans again. The last time I had a meal delivered from them the driver spilled by drink and went back to the restaurant to get another one. I've had some floppy cups open up on me before so I understood. This time around I got delivered a BYOB Omelet (three eggs, choice of 2 ingredients, toast or biscuit, home fries or hash browns) with grilled mushrooms and provolone, then added spinach and grilled onions with sourdough toast and home fries. The toast and the omelet came in separate containers. Who knew there was toast-sized containers that were not styrofoam? I kept both to reuse in the future. Both the toast and the home fries did not come with condiments but that was fine, I had my own jam and truff sauce. You really get a nice size omelet and they put a lot of cheese in it. Perhaps one of the best omelets I've had in a long time.

I can't believe I've passed this gem so many times and have never been! I always imagined it to be comparable to an old school Shoney's, I was pleasantly surprised. It was like Cracker Barrel, without the long wait and loud crowd. We were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast. I didn't feel rushed, didn't have to flag our server down. It was really nice. Got full off French toast and mimosas! I almost didn't want to review because I'd rather keep the place all to myself! But the staff deserves some praise for being awesome! Than

Always a good breakfast with Bob Evan's. Of course try the banana bread. So moist and tasty. I had the honey chicken breast to change up my breakfast. Actually pretty good. The biscuits are really flaky and tasty. Candyce had build your own omelet. Can't go wrong with thier breakfast

Grilled chicken, loaded potato

I drove for 30 minutes to get to this restaurant because I like the dinner for two special.... But what I received was ridiculous! I tried very hard to eat this... but I just could not! It was supposed to be grilled chicken with loaded baked potatoes. I also got a salad and the chocolate cake dinner for two. The chicken was taken out of the freezer and thrown in the microwave... disappointed

No pics. We were starving! We ordered chicken fried steak with over medium eggs and hash browns. Second entree was pot roast hash with two over easy eggs. Both came with two perfect biscuits. Both meals were perfection. Pot roast was phenomenal! Cannot day enough how perfectly cooked our breakfast was today. Thanks Bob!

Had a nice lunch out at Wicked Barley Brewing Company - Jacksonville, FL today to kickoff and enjoy…read moretheir Reggae Sunday season. My friend ordered us the Pork Belly Kimchi Fries, I got us an order of the Cheese Curds, and for my entree I got an order of the Asian Sticky Wings. I probably would have never ordered the kimchi fries on my own. Sometimes kimchi can be fickle and really hit or miss. It was definitely a hit here. More on the sweet and tangy side but worked really well. Fries seasoned perfectly, and the pork belly cubed and cooked to perfection. Out of all of the times I've been to Wicked Barley, these fries have to be one of the best items I've had from there. Cheese curds were pretty basic. Tasted great, but nothing to write home about. If you like Cheese curds, you'll enjoy theirs. I originally had my eye on the jerk chicken wings and I was warned by the waitress and my friend that they are REALLY hot. Jerk chicken is generally one of those thats right on the borderline of too hot for me. To give you an idea, if you're familiar with Butthutt BBQ's jerk chicken, theirs is as far as I can go for spice level. So I switched it up to be safe, and I am glad I did. Sweet and sticky, these had really great flavor inside and out. Would definitely get these again in the future. Brought a couple home to the hubby and he seemed to enjoy them too, and he normally doesn't like, what he refers to as, "sweet meat". I had three different beers in my favorite tasting style, sour. I had the PB&J sour, the mango sour, and the orange cream sour. The orange cream was my favorite of the 3. We enjoyed the sounds of the band Splittone in the background and enjoyed the whole vibe of our meal. I'm hoping to visit again on a future weekend and possibly bringing one of my pups along with me since they are dog friendly.

Beer selection great Try the cheese curds to start. They are phenomenal. Candyce and I had burgers with her side fries and my side pork rinds omg the pork rinds were fantastic. Good service. Good food. Couple of gotchas but nothing much. Definitely will be back....

My wife and I dropped by for dinner on a Hump Day. Newly opened food truck in a nice casual and…read morefriendly environment. The layout is socially distanced and this place is lighted at night. We ordered some deviled eggs for appetizers. And we had the Portobello Mac n Cheese and Angel's Pork Sammie. The Portobello Mushroom Mac had garlic mixed with sautéed mushrooms and onions. Great combination. The small portion is enough for two people. I believe bread comes with it, but we didn't get any. We also enjoyed the Angel's Pork Sammie. The pork was slow cooked served on a toasted ciabatta with melted provolone, house made slaw and pico and I drizzled some 49's Cowboy sauce which I had on the side. So good. But for $11.99, it should have come with a side of fries or maybe a small side of their naked Mac. Nonetheless our dinner was great. Friendly owners. We will definitely be back for more.

The menu looked really good but my options were limited as I decided to cut way down on carbs from wheat and root veggies. I know you see my photos so let me explain myself. The mac and cheese and the sandwiches were not even a consideration. Tacos? Nope. However the Healthy Bowls seemed ok. I chose the Chicken Ranch Bowl mainly for the pulled chicken and the bacon, two proteins I love. The hard part was choosing between the side of Garlic Mash or Tangy Slaw. Shouldn't be eating potatoes but I definitely don't agree with raw cabbage. I figured I could eat a little of it I'd be ok. I would also receive a bit of a discount if I ordered a certain amount so I threw in an order of 5 deviled eggs. Ordered, received and everything looked delicious. The eggs taste similar to mine except for the extra paprika. That appears to make a huge difference. The bowl was pretty tasty! I really liked the tomato and parsley accent/garnish on the side. The mash taters were buttery and I had to remind myself several times of my goal because I wanted to eat it all. The chicken was just ok but the ranch and bacon made it a lot better. I'd order from them again but probably when I can eat carbs again. Their Mac and Cheese looks amazing.
