I noticed only 3 waitresses working and working hard they were. There was a hiccup though in the kitchen no one was communicating with each other or the wait staff. I would say our food was about 20-25 minutes coming but it was piping hot. The problem in the kitchen came around and food Started flying out after a woman cook with a ponytail started calling out what was needing cooked and what wait staff food was ready. Sort of felt like a gordon Ramsey show whipping the staff into shape Very good food / hot food We will return they will work the service hiccups out and flow like a well oiled machine

AND do NOT set them 2 feet to a table that is a couple with 2 children ages about 1 and 3 screaming at the top of their lungs, and then to hear the mother use the F word every other sentence was more than I could handle. We couldn't wait to get out of there. We love Olive Garden but really???? there were plenty of other places to sit. We did ask to move to a table and she gave us the table right beside the table that had the couple and 2 small kids. THINK about this. Our waitress came to ask us how everything is and I couldn't even hear her because the kids were screaming! What do you think?

I took his review with a grain of salt, thinking "oh I'm sure they're good, but they can't be the best". We got takeout and got a pint of the baked beans. ALL-STAR Waffle House location, folks!…read more I suspect other reviews that rated this location poorly visited when there were less-than-desirable employees running the show, because today when my partner and I made a quick stop on our way home around 1pm, the Dream Team was ON THE BALL. Communication is KEY in a spot like Waffle House, and it was great to see all of the employees clearly speaking (not arguing/fussing/gossiping/etc.) about the work at hand AND keeping each other accountable in a kind and professional way. Everyone was working here: everyone was keeping the line clean, everyone was washing dishes, everyone was bussing their stations, everyone was taking out trash, and everyone was listening to the line cooks. Jabree and Shaudee are killing the game on the grill. Not only are they working in synchronized precision cooking AND filling the prep line, they're calling out to the servers, "Hot food here!" when a prepared plate sits ignored for any more than 5 seconds after they finish making it. At one point, Shaudee called "Hot food here!" two or three times for one plate, then went looking for the server. No cold food on her watch! I wasn't mad! Our server, Morgan, got my order right the first time. She has a great smile, an even better attitude, and was clear with Jabree about how my special request was to be served (I heard her call it twice for confirmation). Seriously, whoever trained this crew did their job well. There's a sense of urgency, but not panic, and that results in customers getting their food quickly and correctly. You're not waiting more than 5-7 minutes for your food at this location. Period. Honestly, Jabree did such a great job with my hashbrowns (scattered smothered covered, double onions, fried hard), that I had to take a picture. They don't spilt their tips at Waffle House, so when your order is right (and tasty!) consider tipping the cook directly like you know I did! If you can catch the Dream Team at this spot, you're in for a treat, no matter where you sit, so call ahead and find out when Morgan, Tink, Lynette, Shaudee, and Jabree are holding it down, and they'll hold YOU down.

Fortunately, Findlay has a Waffle House and it did not disappoint. the place is open 24 hours, and since I was up early, I needed to get a solid breakfast before hitting the road. I came in here and for a Tuesday, the place was pretty steady with traffic, which is always a good sign. I got my usual of 2 eggs scrambled, white toast and hash browns with their delicious apple jelly. Food was on point, and my bill was only $6.14! I know they serve other food here, but I'm a breakfast lady, so I had to stop in here. Service was quick, but my server kept forgetting stuff, and I had to ask for the jelly that she forgot for my toast, and the hot sauce she kept forgetting. No big deal, but kind of annoying. Waffle House is always spot on with their food and I wish we had one here in Michigan.

The burger (made medium rare) was juicey, extremely delicous, and just fell apart with each bite. The bacon even tasted like the bacon I ate in the 90s. That good delicious old taste! Also one more thing about the burger is the meat tasted healthy not so processed like other places. I also tried for the first time the mashed potatoes with the langostino and Norway lobster topping. That was also very delicious! I actually mixed it all together and combined it with the burger and... OH GOSH! So good! Glad I did that. The compliment each other very well! Now for the final part of the meal was my wife's birthday reward, Chocolate Wave Cake. I don't care for cakes anymore since I turned 20 (29 meow). My gosh that cake was so good and the perfect moisture and chocolate ratio! I actually stole a few more bites from my wife. This concludes my review. I created an account just for this! So good!
