Tried to eat there this morning, told there was a 15 minute wait and there were at least 5 tables open I could count. Not efficient for a restaurant next to an interstate..... We went across the street to Dennys instead, got a table right away and had our food in about 10 minutes. read more

Terrible service. We came in at 800 was told it would be a 5,10 or 15 mins wait. Mind you there were 5 tables with people in them. Then another lady came up and sat us down, assuming she realized how shitty we were treated by the first hostess. After ordering my elderly father asked for another cup of coffee and was given 1/2 which was left in the pot and told this was all he could have, would have to change to water now. Same thing was said to a table next to us. This review is all given before we have received our food. Stay tuned for an update. Would never eat at this place again. Food was pretty good. Asked for turkey sausage substitute in omelet was told no problem. Had one cup of coffee. When bill came I was charged for 2 cups of coffee and 2 side orders of chicken sausage. Had I known that I would have passed on the 6 dollar 2 chicken sausage links I didn't really care for. When I told them about it they said oops and took the coffee off and then said you ate chicken sausage you get charged for an additional 2 servings. Service not so great. Employees more concerned with personal conversations then waiting on customers. Forgot about our drinks because of their person convo had to turn around to get then forgot cream for coffee had to go back for that. Every time we go in, over the last several years, the service is terrible. There's always 5-8 dirty tables sitting there at any one time, no one cleaning them in spite of several staff standing around not doing anything, and several people waiting 15-25 minutes to be seated. I've given up. Will not wait that long for very mediocre food at best. read more

Very slow waitstaff so my family switched our order from dine-in to carry out. It didn't speed anything up because we ended up waiting another 15 minutes. While waiting for our carry out I finally asked for an order status just to find out that our meal had been sitting behind the counter for a while. read more

Well how we start the night was we got there at 7:19 and put in our name. Well the host did not get the order of people that was there right even when he had a paper to tell him, we were put behind 3 families that came in after us. Then we finally got to sit down when we got sat down we got our drink order in, it took about 10 mins. Then the drink came out they said that they were out of one of the drinks we ordered. Then I took 10 more mins to get that new drink. Then we got our food order and the food took a 1hour and a half to even get the food. in that time I try to get the server but they did not pay attention.When we get our food most of are food was good but the Mac and cheese was cold and we did not get our bread that we ordered. Then when we finished eat we waited for the server she did not come back at like 9:00 so we could not even see anyone to get the receipt so we went to the counter and told them that we did not get one. So we paid 36 dollars. And we did not even give a good tip to Vicky that was are server. read more

Went into the restaurant in Findlay on Tiffin about 2:00pm today. My girlfriend had never eaten at Bob Evans and I wanted her to try it. We stood there for 10 minutes and three servers basically ignored us and talked. We left and never will return. read more

Pass through Findlay often and stop here regularly. Read some of the old reviews for this place and nothing has changed. Walked in and there were four employees at the counter, then one finally came over to seat me, she looked confused at where to put me. Nearly an empty restaurant and she seated me at a dirty table with no placemats or silverware. Clean tables all around me, and my server never even gave me a place setting. Server was short and rather unpleasant. Service and food are so-so, but I won't be back and recommend that you don't come here either. read more

Very poor service. Our order took twice as long as promised. When it was received it was an incorrect order - items missing and other items not ours. Server picked up our biscuits with her bare hands- no tongs used or gloves. Gross! read more

a friend talked me into going back to here. i reluctantly went . it was between breakfast and lunch. it was dead. stood there 10 min. staff standing in corner sharing stories and phone videos with each other. my friend hollered out is there any one working here. one yelled back we are short staffed it will be another 10 min. then they went back to talking. the store looked dirty. tables still covered in dishes. we walked out. dont bother going here . they are to busy for costumers. read more

Severely disappointed. Took us 10 minutes to be helped for drinks, where the assistant manager had to get them AND take our order before our server, Rachael, came by and "claimed" she didn't know we were in her section. This is 2:00 on a Sunday where the restaurant was half full. Rude, loud servers and our drinks were not filled before our meal came even though we watched the servers laugh and joke with each other. Busboys were complaining loudly behind us about rolls that weren't eaten. Saw the assistant manager behind the bakery texting. I will not be returning. read more

My wife and I like stopping at Bob's when we're on the road. The service is friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is tasty, well portioned, and reasonably priced. I love bob Evans! But this location is f*cking terrible . There is always p*ss puddles on the bathroom floors. I have to stand and watch them wipe down my table before I'm seated along with sitting next to a bunch of sticky syrup on the glass windows. Very unsanitary environment. Staff is very loud and discussing things that shouldn't be discussed around customers. SERVICE IS SLOW AF. Waited 45minutes for eggs and pancakes a couple hours before close with 5-6 customers max. NEEDS DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT OR CLOSED DOWN. read more

We just had terrible service again at Bob Evans, Trenton Ave, Findlay, OH. We sat for 10 minutes before I finally asked our waitress while she was passing if we could have some service and she appeared to be pissed I even asked. It appears the girls are more interested in the regulars at the counter, unbelievable. I spoke to the assistant manager and he said this was the first complaint he has ever received, he needs to wake up and smell the coffee.
