All I can rate this location on is service which in this case was non-existent. We arrived here at about 4:45 on a Sunday afternoon. There were only a few cars in the parking lot. We had a good sized group with four vehicles carrying 10 adults and 12 kids. Imagine our shock when we were denied service! The employees claimed we were too large a group. When we pointed out that they weren't busy at all, their response was "Well, if we take you then we might get busy after that." Might get busy? What happened to first come, first served? I ordered for pickup and once I got home to eat it, both me and my husband found that they got both of our orders wrong, and our pancakes were miniature compared to how they usually are at different locations. Terrible service. Drinks weren't refilled until asked. Over half the tables were empty and had to wait 25 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous. Nice at home country atmosphere, friendly waitress with excellent service and the food was great . Both of us had the new Mac & cheese with pulled BBQ pork on top in a large bowl. It was fantastic with a great taste, Worked well together!! Needs to be added to the online menu. read more

We stayed next door at the La Quinta Inn so we thought we would try Bob Evans for breakfast. We had to wait 15 minutes because it was busy but once we were seated we were greeted and ordered quickly. Our food came quickly and was hot. The eggs were exactly as ordered. I would have given them a 5 star but the bacon had good flavorand was meaty but it looked pre cooked and was very dry, almost the consistency of beef jerky. The pancakes and crepes were light fluffy and delicious. The service was very good and friendly. read more

We just got home from Bob Evans and ordering breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children. As soon as our food came out, a large COCKROACH scurried across our table, I'm guessing it came from under one of the plates because it certainly was not there before our food came out. Luckily we hadn't eaten anything yet, and of course our appetite was completely ruined after this happened. An associate quickly came over and grabbed the roach before I thought to get a picture. I was in shock and just so grossed out because this has never happened to me anywhere in my life. Even worse that my kids were at the table getting ready to dig in to their pancakes, which God only knows if a cockroach had been crawling over them or nibbling on them first. Me and my father in law are pretty much regulars for breakfast. The servers even remember our orders without being told. They are incredible with their service and their food is the best around! We even drive 20 minutes just to eat there when there's several options locally. We have also been there for lunch and dinners as well,and again, the food and service are the best around! I rate the food as very good Donna was our waitress and she was and is great every time. I rate the courtesy of the hostesses less than accommodating. Donna and all the waitresses were working non stop. Both of the female hostesses looked several times at the in bussed tables and moved on. Not once did they help the waitresses!!! Ridiculous as they stand around and talk!! I feel this is a waste of staff especially on a Saturday or Sunday. I've been here a few times and it's always pretty good. This visit was no different. I was seated right away and greeted by the waitress (Toni) who I gave trouble to because of the way she spelled her name. She was super quick and always kept my drink full. My husband and I have always liked this Bob Evans, but the last few times we have went they have been out of what we want. We went yesterday and my husband ordered a steak with mushrooms and Monterey cheese. They brought him out the steak with peppers all over it. He told them that is not what he ordered and then the cook started arguing with the waitress. Needless to say my husband said never mind and he didn't get anything. My first thoughts were this looks nice, however when we were set down the more I looked around the less I liked. The place really needs a good cleaning. I'm not talking about just got done with a rush mess. If they have a cleaning crew they need to get a new one. The window sill and blinds were nasty as well as a lot of other things. This is the worst Bob Evans I've ever been to. My first visit, I found a chain link from jewelry in my food. Upon speaking with the manager, he tried to tell me that no-one there wore jewelry. The staff is full of girls. I'm sure someone obviously does. I went months without visiting and decided to try again today. First off, the booth they tried to seat us in was dirty. There were pieces of food on the bench, which was NOT cleaned off before they sat someone else there. After ordering, the waitress came back to inform us that they were out of home fries. No big deal, as they were substituted with hash browns. Later on, when we tried to add something to our order, the waitress said they were out of those too. She was sweet and attentive, but a dirty establishment and not having ingredients on hand for several menu items is bad for business. If you want a good Bob Evans, don't choose this one. It's worth the extra driving to go elsewhere. Also, the young woman at the register (blond perm) was very off-putting. She acted very strange and kept staring at my husband and then stared me down when she thought I wasn't noticing. read more

Was really upset about the lack of service I received today. I came in around 9:45 am with my son to have a breakfast date. Upon walking in, there was no host at the hostess stand and we were never greeted. It was a little busy at the time so I tried to disregard it. There were two gentlemen who were waiting as well and after waiting for 5 minutes someone finally came and took them to a table. However, she never said a word to me and my son. We waited another 5 minutes or so and still never saw anyone. I tried to be patient but we were both pretty hungry and in a bit of a hurry so we left. I work in the food industry as a server and I try to be as understanding of situations as much as possible, but to not even great a guest within 10 minutes of them walking through the door is not okay. Even if someone would have told me there was a wait, that would have been fine. Not a single employee even acknowledged us. I am so disappointed. read more
