We could not have had a better experience. First, when I called on Monday because I was worried about what appeared to be a groaning water pump, they walked me through some potential simple fixes that didn't result in an expensive repair. As it turned out, they didn't solve the problem, and a difficult fix was necessary. I explained our need to get the truck fixed before the weekend, and Jim was especially thoughtful in keeping the grandparents happy that the kids were coming back for the weekend. We dropped the car off on Monday night for a Tuesday morning inspection where the fuel pump was found to be the problem. They called me early and went over the repair and parts and labor costs, and the estimated time to get the job done. Even though they were stacked up with jobs, they still turned the Jeep back around in less than a day. Amazing for the amount of work than needed to be done to access the fuel pump. After a less than positive experience at another local service shop recently, we couldn't be more appreciative of the work and effort of Jim and everyone at Woody's Auto Repair. I happily took the 3 oclock and then ran other errands. Excellent service, personable and kind people working there. I arrived back just before 3, he checked me in, took my information and my keys. They have a nice clean waiting area. Lots of chairs and free water and coffee. The TV was on and they were watching Judge Judy. There was just a couple people in the waiting room and we all got to chuckling at the TV show with the Midas gentleman behind the counter. I was offered a scratch off ticket for a chance to win money off on my next oil change. I did win $20.00 off my next change. Which is what I paid for this one, so I am curious what their normal charge is. While I was waiting the were a few other people who came and went. They each were offered a chance to take a look at something else other than what they had ordered for their vehicles. For example when my time came to be done, they brought in my air filter and asked if I wanted it replaced. It was kind of dirty, but I am sure we have one at home, so I declined. Nothing out of the ordinary, oil changed, and on the road I went. I would recommend giving them a call and getting in for the price I paid.

I just had the alternator replaced and DEF tank replaced at Bob Brown Chevrolet. Wouldn't you know it, it's the alternator and the turbo. I really appreciated Josh and the technician who were just honest with me, time to say goodbye to my beloved car. The cost of replacing the turbo, plus the fight I have to go through with Bob Brown isn't worth it. I hate dealerships, but had no choice for the first repairs, finding a mechanic to work on this car, besides the dealership has been hard. I will bring every car I own to this Midas. 10/10

I have a motorhome and both of my rear inside tires (got "dualys" in the rear) got low for some…read morereason during the six months I was in Iowa. After having AAA Motor Club come and puff up my tires, I drove here to get the tires checked. They didn't find any problems, I was told they maybe did some "resealing" (whatever that is....) and my valve extenders were ok, and they didn't charge me a thing! I argued and said, "I must pay you for your time" and they said "no." Ok, so if the manager is reading this, I DID go hunt down a bank so I could get some extra cash and I came back and gave your employee a "tip" for all the work done. My tires seem fine so far! I'm crossing my fingers! Ok one caveat if you are in a motorhome: They can only work on tires with up to 20 inch rims. My Class C motorhome seemed workable to them. Based on what they said, if you are in a Class A, you may have to go elsewhere. If you bring your motorhome here, you will have to park at Menard's next door as there is no good place to park an RV in their lot. When you bring your motorhome over to their working area bay, DO NOT use the Menard's "cut through." Right after the "cut through," there is a dip that you will get hung up on with low clearance in the RV. What you need to do is go out, and go BEHIND the Chili's next door (and pray for not many cars in the Chili's parking lot....). Do NOT go in front of the Chili's. If you do that, there is a "hump" that may hang up your RV with the low clearance. When I brought my RV over, I did go through the Menard's "cut through" but I made an immediate right turn through the Big O parking lot. Well, don't try that either! I scraped bottom on the initial part of the "dip" trying to make the right turn. Just go out of the Menard's lot and drive behind Chili's. When you are done, do the same thing, go out behind the Chili's.

Not only did the technician not thoroughly check out all of the fuses before he let me go with my car a week ago, but it acted up within 50 miles and I had to bring it back it the following Monday because there's no one there that will take care of Emergency repairs over the weekend... So I dropped off my car at 8 AM on Monday only to find out on Wednesday afternoon that my car hadn't been looked at at all in 2 1/2 days by the tech... so we were nice to them and sure things were going to be good until we find out today that they have to order that 150 amp fuse in because they don't carry it in their parts department and it won't be there till tomorrow and of course there's no one there on Saturday to do any work like that so again I'm waiting three more days to get my car back... The tech doesn't realize that he's damaging the future business of the company by neglecting to take care of a customer service issue right away... And it reflects badly on the whole dealership when the person who's actually supposed to do the work wasn't
