I received personal service again in the yard when Chris delivered to my truck the waddle and sandbags. Less than 3 years ago our home was furnished with 10 Hunter Douglass shades from these folks. We're pretty delicate and gentle on our home and take a great deal of pride in keeping everything in tip top shape. One of the shades opened up on itself (it failed) probably due to poor glue or not enough glue where the shade is held together. Reached out to these folks to see what they can do. It's under warranty but for two weeks I got dragged around by someone telling me they're going to see if Hunter Douglass would do us a solid and fix the blind just to find out that neither they or Hunter Douglass are willing to stand behind what I know was multiple thousands of dollars of work in our home. They have every excuse under the sun and the bottom line is: these guys will pass the buck and they won't stand behind their work. Think long and hard before you sink big money like that into a project with these guys. Eventually we will need to replace our window dressings and I def wont be calling them. Super disappointing.
