I love B&B. I used to frequent the location in Laguna Niguel and Lake Forest. I just moved into town and was excited there was a B&B close by. This is by far the worst location and experience of all locations! The franchise owners clearly are cutting corners. No A/C, low tap inventory, and they use processed meat in their sandwiches! My sandwich looked like it came from 7-11. What I loved about B&B is their food quality standards. Not this location! I'm so sad this location doesn't hold the high standards that I know the original owners want to uphold. I will never come back to B&B Temecula. read more

We love a good sandwich and we love board & brew! I've been going to the one in Carlsbad for years but have been to the Temecula one a few times now. The Temecula one seems a bit slower but the quality of the food is definitely just as great! They're dog friendly and have a nice patio so it's also a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with your best furry friend! My husband got the turkado and I get the San Diegan. Every. Single. Time. Lol! The San Diegan was a special they had years ago but they'll still make it if you ask! It's turkey, bacon and avocado on squaw bread and it's the best! Order it now and thank me later! Don't forget to get their delicious sweet and sour sauce! I like to get two. They also have a good rotating beer menu. Today we tried the B&B blonde (really good) the brewery x Jungle juice seltzer (really good and apparently a favorite) and the brewery x huckleberry hazy ipa. That one was seriously too good! Been wanting to try this place as I kept seeing it on IG. It's near my gym so I finally went on a rest day. You can't miss its location in Temecula by the .99 Store/Planet Fitness shopping center off Winchester. Ample parking always available. I went in and no one was there. Took a minute to decide what I wanted then placed my order. Ended up with the turkey deluxe. I was pleasantly surprised when she called my name, as I didn't wait very long at all. Maybe a one minute wait tops. I wondered if they make them fresh when you order, or if they are pre-made?! I mean, if they make them fresh, then all I have to say is the person who made mine is a master sandwich artist! The sandwich itself was a very good size. I don't eat a lot of burgers or sandwiches these days (lazy keto here!) and I usually have them without the buns. This was no exception. I took off the top piece of bread, and gave it to my dog lol. I ate that half and was FULL. Saved the other half for the next day's lunch. They're not stingy with the turkey and it was pretty tasty. It also came with their signature dressing which is sweet. I knocked off a star because although it was good, the bread is way too thick for me. Also because idk if they have them sitting pre-made and ready to go. They have a bar with outdoor seating, looks like they have a good selection. They do offer happy hour specials for you beer drinkers out there. Not sure if they make cocktails but if they do, I'll have to try it out one day. Staff was quick and friendly. Place is covid prepped and they require masks inside. Will be back again. I visit here at least once a month to get sandwiches for my family and the food is decent but corporate should know that some new guy named Alex or Alan(?) is rude and unprofessional to the employees. It was really hard to overhear him be so disrespectful to the workers. You get 5-stars for food, but teach your management team to be better people and lead by example. I'm sure no one gets paid enough to deal with toxicity in the workplace where your own customers can overhear your management staff treat their employees so poorly. Do better Board & Brew. Been going here for years. After Sunday June 2nd. I will never go back. At time of ordering I did not realize that the girl taking my order was holding her shoes or slippers with the other hand until my son told me. At this time I asked to cancel my order and then ahead of time put them on top of the counter. Putting shoes or sleepers on top of a food counter not so professional or clean for a food service. The person making the sandwich was coming back to the register and touching the counter where the shoes were. Then proceeded to go back to continue to make the sandwich with dirty hands. I can't imagine all that happen in this place and how dirty the employees are in front of customers. Here is the proof of what I am taking about. The worst board and brew I've been to by far. The owners would be ashamed as to how this establishment is ran. The cashier tried to over charge me, when I pointed it out he didn't apologize and just removed the extra charge. I then waited over 20 minutes for one wrap and when it came out it looked smaller than usual so I opened it up and it was literally half the size it usual is and missing avocado. This place is a hit or miss for me, the first time the Turkado was great, bread tasted fresh and all, the next time I visited, I wanted to add an additional type of cheese and I was told, we can't do that. We arrived around 1pm, on Sunday the 4th, the restaurant wasn't too busy. Being a first timer we were extremely excited to give it a try! Standing in front of a young lady at the front counter, where you place your order, seemed like a very long time. Staff wasn't friendly at ALL!, even the young lady I was standing in front of, never greeted nor acknowledged I was there. Her first comment to was, are you ready to order? "blank stare" Almost left at this point, but stayed. While waiting to order I watched a Young lady in the prep area, who was making sandwiches, use a dirty towel to push off hot potatoes from a tray, touching the potatoes and then use it to wipe the counter! "YIKES" Training,Training, Training! We ordered the Baja Chicken, with Marinated Chicken Breast, Grilled Onions, Jalapeño Peppers & Melted Jack Cheese on a toasted French Baguette, Tomato's & Lettuce. The sandwich was good, chicken was tender and tasty however, too many Jalapeños, and we like hot and spicy! Just too much!! We also ordered the Left Coast Pastrami, Hot Pastrami with Grilled Onions, Dijon Mustard, Pepperoncini Peppers & Melted Swiss Cheese on a toasted French Baguette. This was a great sandwich, right size, crispy bread tender meat, just a lot less mustard would have made it perfect. Additionally, we waited almost 25min for our order to reach the table. I asked a young lady who seem to be in charge, was she the manager. Her response was, rolling her eyes, he's not here today. Our overall experience was mediocre at best, don't think we'd ever come back, I don't Think that, friendliness, cleanliness and customer service are at the forefront of this restaurant. I've tried them before, and decided to get them again today. I love their sandwiches and especially the house made sauce, but today I was enjoying my sandwich when I noticed a bright blue object. There was the tip of the blue glove inside the sandwich. Working in the food industry for a large part of my career, it's very easily noticeable when you lose the fingertip of your glove, especially when they are this blue color. Ordered the Italian sub. I didn't realize they put mustard on it by default. Who puts mustard on an Italian sub? Not this guy and not any other food joint Ive been to on the East Coast or West. When this place opened for business I was hesitant at first, wasn't sure if I should try it just for the sake of trying it out. My husband and I always look for new restaurants, we like variety. My husband has a favorite, California's Delight, he actually takes very small bites so it would take longer to eat cause he doesn't want it to end. Not me though, I just inhale it cause it's so good! I guess my favorite would be the Tub O Tuna sandwich since I've had it many times. They do have salads but haven't tried them yet, not a lot of selections, maybe 3? Wish they did, since I go on "No Bread" phase. They also have beer, I don't drink so I can't comment on that except I can tell you they have many selections on tap. We enjoy sitting in their outdoor patio to eat our sandwiches but I also like it when my husband orders on line and I pick up after work. I've always passed by this place never knowing what it really was, until today!! And I do not regret it one bit! They have so many unique sandwich combos! The Cali delight has cream cheese in it, an ingredient I've never considered putting into my sandwich. It was delicious! And very very filling.
