Instead, load up your super large spoon with some noodles, a piece of meat, and a bit of vegetables. Submerge that into the broth, then top it off with a pea sized dollop of hoisin sauce. Now you're ready to shove that spoon packed full of flavors into your mouth!! Not only is it super delicious, but having to repeat this meticulous process will help you pace your meal, leading to healthier digestion. Word of warning: There's only 3 tables for two and a 4-seater countertop inside, so absolutely make sure to come right at opening time or prepare for a potentially long wait.
