Instead, load up your super large spoon with some noodles, a piece of meat, and a bit of vegetables. Submerge that into the broth, then top it off with a pea sized dollop of hoisin sauce. Now you're ready to shove that spoon packed full of flavors into your mouth!! Not only is it super delicious, but having to repeat this meticulous process will help you pace your meal, leading to healthier digestion. I ordered a pork belly banh mi with chili peppers included, and I was surprised by how big it was and how close to the traditional banh mi it was. The real difference would be the use of the chili peppers vs. jalapenos (maybe that's just an American thing) and the shredded pork belly versus cuts of it.
