It was wobderful by itself, but the sauce added a great kick/tang. - Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese 4.5/5: Cheesey and almost buttery/nutty from the Gouda. A good texture, too. The portions were well worth the price, and the food came out quickly. They seemed more organized than others, which was appreciated. They were super nice, and answered our questions when we ordered. I paid, waited and when I picked up my nachos, my eyes popped outta my head. My plate looked like it could feed 4 not two!!!! AND it was heavy!!! When I finally got back to my seat(after being stopped several times to point to where I gotten my food)I dug into what I can only describe as the absolute BEST brisket nachos that I have EVER had in my life! I thought I'd died & gone to food heaven! Let me tell you....the meat was flavorful & tender & plentiful! I haven't even eaten the food yet and to be honest if I hadn't stood in line for so long I would've taken my $140 somewhere else for 3 meals, 2 drinks and a side of street corn. And don't get me started on the teenagers not changing their gloves and touching everything in sight before handling our food, the ones that even bothered to put them on, that is.
