I paid, waited and when I picked up my nachos, my eyes popped outta my head. My plate looked like it could feed 4 not two!!!! AND it was heavy!!! When I finally got back to my seat(after being stopped several times to point to where I gotten my food)I dug into what I can only describe as the absolute BEST brisket nachos that I have EVER had in my life! I thought I'd died & gone to food heaven! Let me tell you....the meat was flavorful & tender & plentiful! And it was just the right(not skimpy)amount of toppings which were layered all throughout the chips to the bottom of my plate & not just "on top!" Not here! My total was a hair over $200 out the door and the brisket was twice the size of competitors. Not only was it budget friendly but it was cooked PERFECTLY, tender all around, good smoke ring, and amazing bark. And all this on less than 48 hours notice. With the price of beef, if you value your time then it doesn't even make sense to cook it yourself, let Texas Craft Barbeque handle it. Overall 6/5 star experience, will absolutely return!
