On our recent visit, we noticed a tablet at our booth. Don't try removing it. It needs to stay attached to the stand to keep its charge. Our server, Adrian, was absolutely top notch--so attentive, kind, and welcoming throughout our visit. We came in with our two daughters, one of whom is 18 and has autism. When we dine at AYCE restaurants, we always expect and are fully prepared to pay full adult price for her, even though she typically doesn't eat much. When the bill arrived, we noticed we were only charged for three adults. Assuming it was an error, we mentioned it to Adrian. Adrian kindly explained that he recognized our daughter has special needs and had asked his manager, Ruben, if her meal could be comped--and he approved it. We were completely surprised and deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Adrian and Ruben, for your compassion and generosity.
