I've had the food in the past which was good but the service is terrible. Aileen is too lazy to do anything. I went on July 4th asked for churros. She said they're somewhere in the back but she was working solo and just couldn't do it. They were empty. I was the only one there. She said can you come back tomorrow. I said fine. It's a holiday after all. I came back July 5th. She had 2 customers before me. She managed to take care of one with no problem. The other one asked for a taco combo they were promoting but she had no plates to serve it in. He switched to a quesadilla. My turn. I asked for churros. She said they were out. I said "funny thing yesterday you said you couldn't go to the back. Today you're out?" She said. "I guess". WTF? She had nobody after me. Lazy bad customer service. read more

I used to come here every Saturday and Sunday morning, but over the past two weeks I haven't seen the girl who used to work mornings. Since then, the experience hasn't been the same--the food quality has gone down, and the current employee is often on the phone instead of helping customers. I am from Texas and had given up on finding breakfast tacos in California until somehow stumbled across there was a Laredo Taco and remember them from League City Tx but I couldn't imagine it was the same company. Red rice was good , steak surprisingly decent . Beans needed some fat or something but they were good too. Toppings are free except guac which idc for & the tortillas are made fresh. The onions were also really good they caramelized them perfectly tbh Keep in mind this is gas station food . Laredo Taco is located in the 7-Eleven store on 15666 Hellman Ave in Chino. The 7-Eleven is newly built with a gasoline service station by the convenience store. Laredo Taco is located in the left side of the convenience store. There are a few sitting areas inside the store as well as on the outside. When I ordered, there were a few items out of stock such as cheese for the nachos or shrimp fajita for the Mar & Tierra burrito. It is a new store so I did not hold it against them and perhaps they had a huge lunch rush beforehand. I ordered a quesadilla with carnitas protein and traditional burrito with spicy carnitas. They actually let me sample some of the protein before I ordered, which I found was helpful in determining what I wanted to order. When the order is finalized, you actually pay at the cashier for 7-Eleven. Not sure if that is a permanent setup, but it reminded me of Wawa convenience stores back in the east coast, where you can order sub sandwiches and pay at the cashier of the convenience store. There is also a salsa bar ranging with red to green salsas, cilantro, onions, pico de gallo, and a cilantro cremosa. I found the quality of the burrito to be good for the price. Traditional burrito is $7.99 whereas most other restaurants I've been to charge around $10. I enjoyed the carnitas, maybe it was fresh but it was tender and had enough flavor. If your hankering for something to drink like an Icee and desiring mexican food at the same time, Laredo Taco in the 7-Eleven hits the spot! I did not have any other proteins, but I plan to try them next time. read more

I'm from Texas and this tex Mex place is the closest thing I've found to it. Their breakfast tacos are amazing! Tortillas made fresh to order. The potatoes are cut perfectly not too big but not too small. Service could be better but the food makes up for it. Will be trying their lunch soon. read more

Came here in the morning to try for first time. Got the 2 for $4 tacos. Had the chorizo and as well as the egg mexicana. For the price you came beat it. The chorizo had a good taste to it. The other one was plain. Has a nice salsa bar. Will come back and look at lunch menu read more

Been there 6 times, 1st was really great chicken taco meat burrito. Second no taco meat, pork & chicken dried and hard, could not eat, threw out and told manager, apathetic. 3rd had all burrito components, good meal. 2nd & 3rd employee attitudes bad, really unhappy to have to talk to customers. 4th no taco meat or pork, others looked old, dried, with crust on top, not mixing and keeping fresh. 5th 2 days ago no taco meat, shrimp, pork, Spanish rice. 6th today no taco meat, rices, just gave up. 5th & 6th employee attitude rube arrogant, I asked why no taco meat, rice, got scolded aggressively. I ordered a beef enchilada just to try it. In an out in a flash. Located in a brand new 7-11 at 15666 Hellman Ave in Chino. They have a nice clean place to sit and look out the window if you want to get out of the car for a few minutes. 7-11 should build more of these, I'm overheat lamp Corn Dogs and such. read more

Honestly, my husband and I had higher expectations considering this location just opened and is doing a lot of outreach for new customers in the area, but the food left us disappointed. I had a Carne asada plate with rice and beans, and the rice wasn't edible. It was dry and crunchy, and the Carne asada was, too. My husband had a California burrito, and he said it was definitely below average. I refused to eat more than the one bite I took, and we ended up buying something else for dinner.
