I called Noble after another plumber not only didn't fix the issue of a phatom-running toilet, but ghosted me when I called to have them come back and do the job right. (Guess they figured they couldn't charge an arm and a leg to fix something they failed to fix the first time!) The Noble tech called 30 minutes before he arrived, and fixed the phantom running toilet that the other plumber failed to fix. The tech (Omar) then went on to investigate a backed-up kitchen sink and inoperable garbage disposal. I asked if he could just remove the garbage disposal and not replace it, since I don't use it anyway. After discussing several options with me--and thoroughly explaining the costs, pros, and cons of each approach--I ultimately opted to have the new disposal installed. (The pipe configuration under the sink would have required a lot of rework if I did not just replace the disposal.) Nice that he didn't just go with the most expensive option (not installing a new disposal--which I initially wanted) and nstead gave me less-costly options. Omar was extremely conscientious--double and triple checking both the toilet and the disposal/sink before he left. So nice to know I no longer have to put up with plumbers who are incompetent, overcharge, and ghost customers. Noble is now my go-to plumber!

After paying him $1700, my wife took a shower up on the second floor. Water poured all the way down into the basement. The ceiling on the 1st was soaked and pretty much collapsed when I went to cut it out. Michael, the owner showed up and agreed with me that the technician who did the work in the basement did a poor job. Micheal fixed everything in the basement. I cut holes in the 2nd and 1st floor bathroom walls so he had access to the pvc riser pipe. After I repaired all of the drywall and repainted everything, I noticed every time you use the 2nd floor bathroom shower, water drips all the way down to the basement. I have been calling, leaving messages and emailing Lacassa plumbing for 4 months , not once did I get a response. $2500 later, not including my time and material to fix the drywall, I still have a leak. I would definitely not recommend this company. what I have seen , his technicians, as they call themselves, are far from being plumbers. I am not a plumber , but am a union tradesman, I know quality work when I see it, this is not! I did the plumbing for my daughter bath tub, sink and added a slop sink in her laundry room. Not one leak, do not hire this company, poor craftsmanship , poor customer service! Chris, Downers Grove

And if $400 per hour is reasonable for you, then these guys are a great choice. I just felt the rate was extremely high @ $1200 for 3 hours of labor. I was in a rush so hunting for service was not part of my plan. I thought $175 per hour for having my sprinkler system serviced earlier in the week was crazy until I found my water heater leaking on Wednesday LOL! The positives are; Received a visit next day at 11a Replacement water heater was installed by 3p same day Area was cleaned and no other issues related to hauling out old or new into house The cons; Expensive charge for using credit card Not BD issue, but warranty does not reset (but that's a different review for AO Smith) Hopefully you find this review helpful and by visiting this site you are more prepared than I was and have some time to research your options. Good Luck!

Maxwell Janik, of Chicagoland Plumbing Services, was able to fix the problem and replace the faucet very quickly. He was efficient and did quality work. My only quibble was the price; the last time we had this done, admittedly before the advent of relatively high inflation, was significantly less (different company). However, I did expect prices to raise, so this was not that much of a surprise. I do feel like the price was fair, but on the high side of fair. I would very much recommend Chicagoland Plumbing Services, and Mr. Janik in particular, to do a complete, efficient, quality job. The work is not cheap-quality never is.
